  1. http://tv.isg.si/site/filebrowser/kattnjanson The 100mb file. I think riders are Fred Grillet and Pete Link. People should definitely see this, I don't think it's been posted on here before (well, i can't find it). Might be a bit old though but the riding is immense.
  2. Bought it from Tarty around June 2005
  3. nice, bud i'd expect a bit more customization
  4. Rode the Echo brake, nothing special really. The only difference is that despite being bled with oil, it feels really responsive. So it'd probably be amazing on a water bleed. Snapped 2 Magura 05/06 brake lever bodies, wouldn't recommend them. The pre '05 are really nice and seem to last.
  5. Haha that's my old hub then Quite amazing it's still working, Profile ***
  6. A mono trial will have more than enough braking power on a mod so I'd go for that. Hydros also feel much better. BB7 are great for stock bikes where you need the extra braking power the Hope lacks.
  7. Monty give a guarantee for their frames but i don't know if that's the case outside Spain.
  8. Better than snapping your steerer, at least you don't have to carry your bike home in 3 pieces
  9. Definitely disc if you're running a mod. Much more locking power than a rim brake, has lots of modulation and is quiet. Used a 180mm Mono Trial on a 221Ti a while ago and it slipped twice throughout half a year or so I had it. I wonder how many people who write "don't get one because you'll hit the rotor" have actually run a setup like that and speak from experience. I didn't hit mine once, sidehopped to the left back then.
  10. I can imagine Adam@Tartybikes going there to weigh his Monty after it turns out he can't get it any lighter using conventional methods.
  11. No idea, but it looks friendly. A thick girl i know thinks it's an owl.
  12. I'd also add Fred Grillet to this list. Just a brilliant brilliant rider, his vids always make me want to go out and ride. Got to love the way he jumps up huge walls as if they were curbs. The guy on the black ashton who rides with him (trialsguru?) also deserves some attention for being smooth and creative and not concentrating only on going big. Just the kind of person I'd like to ride with.
  13. did you get that wheel from Anzo?
  14. Was alright, although i didn't see a single clip of you actually getting up something.
  15. As mentioned above, try an Echo 130x15 or 145x25 stem

Depends on how you ride it. If you want to replace it for the sake of having new parts, I don't think there's any point. If you fancy a change because you're bored of the same geometry or want to try something new, do it. Most of the parts on my bike are 1-2 years old, only change them if they break or I'm fed up with their geometry.
  17. amazing video, love the front wheel moves and how he jumps around on those tiny rocks that barely stick out of the water
  18. Have you thought about Triton? Could be a bit pricey though. Just mentioning it because it's not on your list.
  19. They're about 2,5 years old now
  20. High bb stocks if you can get used to having your arse above your head while riding. Definitely a nice blend of a stock and mod.
  21. Definitely rear Try-All Sticky tyres. They weigh a tonne and pinch much easier than a tyre i previously had which weighed 740g. What a piece of shit.
  22. great video, looks like you guys had a lot of fun
  23. It's an old control, has a ridiculously low bb. Just doesn't feel right.. And yeah, i've come from an 06 A1, gone back to it now. It's a fun frame to ride though!
