  1. Haha good job i always find that the more nervous i am before an exam/presentation, the better i perform. It's probably because the more you know, the more you realize what you don't know.
  2. Had a profile with a 128mm bb on my old Python and the chainline was really bad, it also dug into the frame. Ended up using a 113mm bb which solved the problem. Make sure your cranks have enough clearance before getting a narrow bb. Or you could use two chain tensioners on the drive side and a chain tug on the non drive side? You'd need to dish the wheel to the right though
  3. Well, frankly speaking that brake is too weak for your needs. I've had a Mono Trial and it was a nice brake but just didn't have enough power so I switched over to a BB7. If you look through vids of all these 26" power riders like Neil or Pauly, you'll find that most of them run BB7's. Facing your mounts won't help much unless they're unusually uneven. You have a 180mm rotor.
  4. Or just remove them Looks good, you selling the monsterboy?

    Camcorder Lenses

0.45x is very wide yet doesn't distort the image too much unless your filming indoors. 0.6x has very little distortion and is good for pretty much everything but the view angle is much less i think an 0.6 is a wide angle lens, whereas 0.45x is a semi-fisheye obviously the better the lens, the less distortion there will be
  6. Just pointing it out, somebody else will explain why. Jake1516 perhaps? Don't do it. edit: 30 pounds is not enough to send a frame from britain to france by the shittiest courier on the market, and you're expecting him to send a frame from 20,000km away for that money? sending a bike from china to europe is just under 300 pounds, and that's just 1 bike. this idiot will send anything for 30? my god he must be the owner of UPS.
  7. Well, at least he knows a few words besides yes and no
  8. Exactly, you guys would believe anything. Anyway, if this guy was genuine it would be really worth while to get some cranks from him. They cost something like 25 pounds and postage is cheap meaning that if you get scammed, you loose only 40 pounds. And if you don't, you get a pair of Zoo cranks for a 3rd of the price.
  9. Yeah that's him. Are all the inhabitants of Norway blond? That's a fairly serious question. I personally don't know many blond men, but you guys seem to have more blonds per capita than people.
  10. nice bikes there, pitty the monty isn't the one with a square bottom tube that would be really oldschool thought you had an A3?
  11. Tax won't eat up more than 70% of the frame+postage value.
  12. Well, the riding is big and all that, not a fan of such moves to be honest. You seem to have quite a nice style which makes the moves look much better. Good job, especially for a 15-year old
  13. Don't approve of such riding. It's ok if he just kills himself but he could kill or injure other people as well.
  14. Bloody hell man! Nicest looking bike ever Black cranks and headset would be good
  15. You've got a mod, there's no need for such a powerful brake. A 180mm Mono Trial will definitely not slip (had a setup like that and it was way stronger than a maggie). Extra weight, greater chance you hit the rotor, what's the point? edit: my point being that if a hydro brake is powerful enough, get a hydro because it feels better. personally i'd only use a bb7 if every hydraulic brake on the market was too weak for my needs.
  16. when i rode mod, i loved short mods and short stocks now that i ride stock, i'd rather have a long frame and if i were to get a mod, i'd also get a long one
  17. speechelss you'd better swap the brakes around for my visit! i'm not going to leave without having a proper ride on that monster
  18. Greetings

    Video Request

Yep, made it during my london visit last year linky -> london_25_06...
  19. a 180mm Mono Trial will be perfect, no need for more power bb7 would be good on a stock wheel
  20. Yep, but then Russia exports petrol to the rest of Europe It's about 77p this end, you can get it cheaper but it's dodgy (may be watered down!) My dad runs on gas, the performance is really close to petrol but the costs of running are 2x lower. He pays about 9 pounds/300km which is roughly how much the gas tank lasts for. And that's for a 2.0L Accord.
