  1. I think what counts is how much fun doing trials gives you. Riding is fun, having a pimp bike is also fun. I simply detest people who treat trials as the most important thing in their life, ride only to get better and talk about nothing else. It's the personality that counts, not the skills edit: missing the point, arent i ?
  2. If you ride lots in the wet, Monty spray will be much better. It's resin in the form of a spray and that won't wash off easily. On the other hand, tar and water is probably the worst thing you can have on a rim other than grease. That the brake spray has a better function - use it on rails to get really good grip
  3. Broke a couple of 2005/06 lever bodies. Never happened to me with the earlier models.
  4. You can use mole grips to screw that in. By the way, it's not Monty, it's FAG.
  5. Word. Got myself an extra 2gb and it's a rocket. Before when I had 900mb ram, the system took up 400mb after starting up. Now it takes up 850mb (with many functions switched off to speed it up). So this just shows how much the system actually needs to run properly.

    T33zr: Midnight

really liked that, your best vid yet the editing was also super nice, went very well with the music, especially that sequence of a couple of sidehops one after the other edit: i really envy you the wall you hooked... one day when i'm rich, i'll build an exact copy of it in my garden so i can sit on it and drink wine
  8. Not really, you just use harder pads if you run a grind.
  9. Yeah that's him, i think he's 2m tall nice vid, made me want one of those frames
  10. It's not exactly beautiful but not ugly either. If the geometry is nice I might get one in the future. edit: a 145x26 stem? either this frame is short, has a huge bb rise or the riders are huge
  11. It's 32bit, so far I've tried Homeworld 2, Empire Earth, NFS Carbon, C&C Generals, only NFS worked (under 98/ME compatibility ) but for a limited time only. Now it crashes after a few minutes Chess and Inkball are good so they keep me entertained. Drivers are also new, I'm going to upgrade a few parts soon maybe my pc isn't powerful enough to run that system and a largish game at the same time
  12. The majority of games that i've tried running under vista don't work. Those that do, crash very often apparently due to DX10.
  13. Get your arse down to London around the 10th of July and we'll ride together

    Rail Bail

Well, at least half of you and the bike made it over the rail
  15. I'm with T33zr on this one. Put the disc on a lathe and grind it down
  16. Ditto, i've no idea why people get excited about such riding. Zoo Video 22 is the best imo.
  17. I'll bet with my favorite spoon. Seriously people, so what if he got a free bike? Shops don't buy parts at retail prices ffs, it's not like they spent a fortune on him.
  18. ENO is made by White Industries
  19. Briliant, finally a vid which shows a rider that is really enjoying himself and not just showing off with how high he can sidehop/gap. Top notch, good tune as well.
  20. or even better regular 30mm (or something like that) coust pads on a harsh grind and with tar
  21. TRA and Marco G due to them having such an amazing style and so much power.
  22. it's a bit small but very well made good luck with your future projects
  23. Anything that sounds good. Took me a while to get used to riding with music, at first I had no control over the bike but now it's great. all the tracks i have on my ipod (couldn't be arsed to write them down)
