  1. Slightly ot, but does anybody have a pic of one of those ID's? I'm interested in how they look like as during my stay in England this year I'd shown my ID (a eu standard one) to many friends and they'd never seen anything like it. When I asked what they use, I was told it's usually a driving license or passport?
  2. And a "back in stock soon" for all Echo Control frames on Tartybikes Good to see another rider change to stock, mods are just all wrong.
  3. I was just going over my old folders when I came across this. I had a frame welded to the exact specifications a few years ago, but as everything 24" was downhill specific, it came out extremely heavy and I had to get rid of it. Now when I look at it, it sounds rather strange that ZOO made a 24" trials frame a few years back. This was probably released alongside the Lynx and was called a Pirahna. There are a few pictures of the Pirahna in 26", but they were also made in 24". This is the technical drawing of the frame: Has anybody got any info about this? I'd love to see a pic of this frame/fully built bike. Were they ever put into production? edit: Google link, note that the pics refer to a "Piranha 26"
  4. Cheers for that Managed to upgrade my PC since that vid was released though
  5. Very nice, creative, smooth and so on You look a bit like TRA
  6. I wonder if he can view his own video or is that website banned for Slovakia as well? BT policies make me sick
  7. Greetings

    Cranks,

The stiffest Deng cranks are Echos. That's according to Mr Tart.
  8. Liking these bikes more and more, might get one myself some day. You need a new rear tyre
  9. Star Wars Ep. V was better. Nothing can beat the scene where the evil black guy cuts off Luke's hand.
  10. I don't know why you insist on helicoiling things. I bought a frame with 3 helicoiled mounts from a chap on this forum and they were utter shit. 2 of them came undone with the bolts, and the remaining one burst when I screwed down a bolt. Do it properly or don't do it at all. You'll need to have the thread taped to M8, ten just go to a turner and tell him to make you a steel sleeve with an M8 thread on the outside and a M5 on the inside. Screw in with a strong epoxy glue. So far, I have done first thing to 2 frames I got new and it's saved me lots of trouble. And do it yourself, cost me 2 quid and about an hour to get 8 mounts threads done.
  11. Just wondering what's so funny about it? 800 isn't cheap but it's about how much that bike is worth.
  12. Rumors are that Russian mafia is after you... That's what Dimitri says How could you have swapped a Triton for THAT :$
  13. Looks like we have similar tastes, it's happened before Cheers for the comments, keep them coming
  14. There was a topic about this guy quite a while ago. Well:
  15. I'd say the most impressive one is the woman under the first b&w photo in the before/after section. She looks really pretty in the "after" image, but a bit ugly in the before one.
  16. I think Joe Elding might be able to tell you a bit about the Lites . A strong fork is not only defined by the thickness of it's steerer and as far as I know, that's the only strength-wise improvement they've made to the 2007 models.

I really think that guy on the Leeson has loads of imagination. That switchfoot sidehop with a halfstroke in the air was awesome, so simple yet never seen anything like that. Very good video, nice long lines and lots of style. Really worth downloading.
  18. Surprised nobody has asked this yet: how does it ride compared to the 2006 A1? I understand why you did this bodge and you're right about the bearing being under stress etc but imho it's a bit pointless. Does that mean you'll fix a mech onto your mod as well?
  19. It's an SPV. A superbly pointless vehicle.
  20. Nice job that booster. It's good to see people making parts themselves rather than spending loads of money on a product that has the same properties - in this case stiffness and weight
  21. Here's my second stock vid. It's going to start snowing this week so I've discontinued filming for it... Could have been a lot better if I had the time... tv.isg.si -> stockvideo2.wmv
  22. you can now come over and clean my screen from all that i was eating when i read this
