  1. Undo the bolts on your stem, tighten the screw on the headset cap and then screw down the stem. Should help. If not, you've got bearing problems or something similar.
  2. That was fun. Just practice those sidehops a bit, you should be doing them with a weak pedalkick. Improving fast
  3. I'll put that to the test. If I've got it, I eat a bar of chocolate with raisins and nuts, drink some redbull and watch a few videos (normally of my own to see what I could improve and give me a vague idea about where I'd like to ride).
  4. Gold maybe? I'd personally keep it black and maybe just put some gold hubs on. There's nothing worse than a bike where every part possible is coloured.
  5. Did EXACTLY the same about a year ago. Almost cut a bit of my finger off, the nail went straight through my finger tip. Almost fainted, not at all nice
  6. Mind this pointless post, but now 80% of the forum has proof that you actually exsist. Well done!
  7. Don't like neither of them. The A1 should have a high bb, just like it did in the first place. Why does Deng have to change everything each year? Zoo were low, then they went high, and now low again. Can't he make half his frames with a low bb and half with a high one? Now all of them are low again yet a year ago there were only 2 or 3 frames with a classic geometry...
  8. Silent Clutch if you want something cheap and good. With a small mod they outlast many other not-expensive hubs.
  9. Who's the guy on the 06 Ti? He's a bit good Top video, these guys have so much style. That's what real trials is about for me, not about falling off things. Would be good to see what Marco could do on a stock
  10. Liked that a lot (this video and the older one you made on the same rocks). Looks like a very snakebite friendly enviroment
  11. You mean onto this site: www.PayPal.com? Off to bed
  12. Well, in my Adamant there is so much ground clearance that I can ride up a wall without touching any part of the bike. Imagine what happens on a comp when you try to do ie. a gap to front wheel. You do the gap, land on the object but the bike starts sliding off backwards. You don't stop on the rockring, you fall right back. And believe me, with a 372mm chainstay you won't even stop on your cranks in most occasions. It's something one can get used to but that's a great disadvantage in comps.
  13. Ok then, I'm sure there's an easy way of doing this. Basically when I cut the hose and then take off the plastic, the steel sleeve expands so much I can't get anything onto it. Ideas?
  14. Nonsence! Ever seen a high bb frame apart from the Vinco used in comps? Or any typically street Deng frame for that example? They're way too heavy and I'm almost certain they don't flex. The A2 is made of 6061 alloy which is a hell load weaker than U6 which the A1 is made of. From all I know, the A2 is also a lot heavier than the A1. This doesn't change the fact that if you like high-bb frames (and you can get used to them, it just takes time), the A1 is a superb choice.
  15. Speechless Looks like I'll have to put some money away to buy the dvd once it's out.
  16. Wasn't expecting that at all A new TRA in the making perhaps
  17. DMR V8 without doubt. They've lasted me 3 years, to save weight I then decided to change to Onza Hognesiums in which all the pins fell out after a few months.
  18. 1. 06 A1 short 2. 221Ti dual disc, slowly getting rid of it.
  19. And you were surprised I run 18:18 To be fair, I think it depends on how you want to ride. If you're going big, 18:16 or 18:15 would be perfect. On the other hand, a very light gear ratio near 1:1 is mint for natural and static stuff but no good when it comes to gaps, hooks and high taps. I love my ratio, it's made me move my body much more and improved my riding considerably. Recently realized I can't tap higher than 48" because I've got no speed - I get the right amount of air but just fall backwards. If you ride for fun and couldn't care less about how big you go, I advise you ride something near 18:18, otherwise get 18:16
  20. Ok, cheers people Will get something else instead.
  21. Haha Mark, I was missing your hatred towards the fancy and trendy fluo colours. We know you love them though I think they are single wall, how will that affect the durability?
