NO, no no no no no no! white spirit is not good for brakes! if you want to try something, take the pads out, get some pliers, and cook them over a gas flame will they glow/smoke then dip them in clean water, the water will go dirty from all the shit on the pads, get new clean water, repeat till water remains clean after you dunk the pads. enjoy the steam and stuff.
