  1. howdy guys, i'm off to france tomorow, any one know any decent places to ride in the north of france, no plans as to where we're going yet be sick if anyone was up this way...
  2. remove wheels from bike. deflate. weigh. inflate. weigh. compare difference....
  3. what stem do you think suites the zoot? i'm enjoying the standard onza one, but i've got some TT highrise bars to bring the front end up a bit. pro2 and middleburns to boot...

    My 24

theres a tgs fanboy in me still, and i have no faith in smooth rims when i weigh in at 100kg... after my am turd...

    My 24

pinched the pro2 and middleburn set up from my 26" cause the whole bike was f_cked and the zoot is prety much good for it... new 26 will happen some day...
  6. looks prety similar to this... waii yoo charge moooar rockman?

    Halfords

thats my halfords where i work ahaha we're not a bad store atm, me and the manager know our stuff prety well, but it is a pickey as f**k town, and it's hard to employ without acquiring a numpty or two...
  11. love it, but the carbon chainstay? i know you'll want to avoid hitting the bike into anything but my chainstays always take a hit or two on a ride, i'd just have the toptube and seat stays myself... good effort though! hope it's as ace to ride as it looks
  12. it depends how you want to ride; if you want gaps, sidehops and big powerful pure trials moves, a 26" will offer an advantage, if you want a streetier style a 24" can be easier to throw around. you can still ride either bike either way, but smaller wheels are easier for spins...
  13. so the french get cycle trials on normal tellie? screw poor production values, why the f**k don't we get trials on tv?
  14. cause they don't last long enough to reflect the price... don't give me that there comp bullshit, i don't see any other disciplines having gear that doesn't last quite like it. as for people bitching the design and geo, shut the f**k up, rockman can do what ever they want, if they want to make crazy geo frames, let them, i'm not an advocate of uber high BB, i rode lower than +35 for 3 years, it sounds so dumb when you all get riled when something new comes out, it's stupid, encourage new stuff cause to me at least there seems to be a lack of stuff comming out for trials, so any new shit is good in my mind.
  15. you'll want to remove the limiting pin (the one that stops the tensioner swinging past a certain point on the hanger) mole grips are your friend... then you can ride it up and have awesome tension...
  16. is that a hammerschmidt crankset on the tzar? how do you find it?
  17. the new voodoo builds in halfords seem ok...
  18. have you had a play with the spacers? use less inbetween the pad backing and the caliper and more detween the caliper and the nut, it's hard to explain, you just need to fiddle about with it otherwise file or cut the pad down to get a nice square contact...
  19. i like the forks, the disc mount looks smart but a bit fragile...

    Borisevich Pavel

    is he on a 24"?
  21. avid bb7, with an sd7 lever and a decent cable is a winning combo... chain reaction cycles are the cheapest...
