  3. why the different back hub? and whats going on with the massive chain ring on the freewheel? surely landing on that ring would merk the freewheel anyway?
  4. you need to take off more upwards. don't aim your momentum flat across the gap, aim to take off in an upward slope, you pop up and suck the back wheel up to emphasise it. it helps to learn by setting up some low pallets and putting something higher that the pallet in the middle to aim to go over. worked for me
  5. i wanna come, mr swales fancy taking your ogre with you?

  13. play with your bar and stem before you make a massive change... that gap at 1.15 is hilariously big, i was on that wall earlier (just out of curiousity, the drop alone shits me up) and that things bigger than jungle....
  14. madness, makes me wanna ride whatever i've got as hard as i can, all the time XD
  15. 18-16 is to soft in my experience, 18-14 would be the one to go for, 170mm isn't that different to 175, if you had 160 maybe go for 18-16 then...
  16. could the "new new members" access trading forums straight away? i think something like a rep system would be better if you needed a score over X (can't anticipate a score without playing around a bit). and if your giving out points or whatever it shouldn't be a point every time someone gives you rep, you should have to get more than 3 rep on a post to get 1 point towards your membership, it'd cut down on whoring points that way too...
  17. trial tech with vee-dapters? rear mount vee would be savage...
  18. really? i'd be prepared to sacrifice a degree of longevity for having the lightest bike in the world, in a race where every second and gram count it'd be worth it, besides you'd probably have a "heavy" bike to train on and you'd use that bad boy for race day... 930g mtb frame
  19. do they look like these? or these? if they look like the former you've got vee mounts and are probably better using a vee brake, if they look like the latter then you have 4 bolt mounts and should invest in some mounts that don't let you have any adjustment like these or or these... otherwise you can modify your existing mounts my filing them down...
  20. wouldn't that be heavy? or unresponsive?
