  1. why does the tension in my chain change as i spin the cranks round? it's slacker when the cranks are in my riding postion (left foot forward) and tight in the opposite? have i bent something? or is this the norm? isis burns with a cloud 9 and a pro2 on the back. if that makes a difference? also are rock pads in cnc'd vee backings any good on a smooth rim? and will bealay pads fit in my TNN vee backings (i have the earlier backings with crm material)
  2. http://www.industrynine.net/News/p2_articleid/8 theres better freehubs...
  3. un-snappable lightweight chains, please? the stem thing would be retarded, it'd increase manufacturing costs, you'd probably still need pinch bolts... i've never noticed my stem moving, perhaps your stem is a bit knackered? splined freewheels would be awesome, but wouldn't companies be real bastards about compatibility?
  4. possibly the largest orgy ever?
  5. sarcasm fail. watch videos that are popular, lie in the title of your video (suggest your doing massive TGS moves regardless of your ability)
  6. its so satisfying watching you fall off those pallets, so so satisfying

    Tarty Days

yes please no tarty days for ogre £120 better off though
  8. if you have a budget of £200 buy the first one with money spare for a better freewheel and good rear brake pads and you will have a very nice first bike. so if you can get it for £130, you'd be sorted. since a reliable back brake and a freewheel with high reliable engagements are probably the most useful things to upgrade to. the geometry of the t pro is great!
  9. you should be able to use everything on your monty (don't hold me to that ) you might wanna invest in one of the new high ep freewheels, your best bet is to call tarty and have a decent chat. otherwise aim to get validated and pick up a bargain in the for sale thread.
  10. silk spectre from watchmen for those of you having an i recognise her moment x
  11. trials bikes aren't cool decent magura pads? move to front freewheel. a picture might help...
  12. season starts in november....
  13. compared to brakeless no wonder will the refills fit straight into tnn vee backings? (mine are the early yellow pad versions)
  14. if you can afford to buy a potentially duff product give it a shot, if your tight for money you should save and buy something you can rely on like a BB7.
  15. gotta hope it works. i like mine, the one i had previously is one of the first "re-designed" ones (with the reinforcement bit) and wiggy is rocking it on his pikey bike no problems. get one
  16. you'd be wasting your time, i rounded t bird cranks in months of starting (i was pretty anal about tightening them too) go isis! cheapest BB worth buying you will destroy cheap taper cranks and if you buy expensive taper cranks (like middleburns) you might as well buy a cheap isis set up anyway... any of the £50 isis cranks will be fine if your starting. later on as your riding progresses you'll find you want an isis set up so avoid buying twice and do it right first time
  17. especially what with all them gaps to front sorry i didn't get out tonight bummer i'm super mega turbo ill
  18. £15 for CNC'd backings is a bargain even if the compound isn't all that great...

    Shorts!

specialized shorts. i bought some last year, and there awesome. i prety much live in them they give me total freedom of movement (i find that most shorts have a cut off point) and they come with a liner so you get 0 chafing. i wore them for 4 days straight at leeds festival (groas i know) they were £40 and worth every penny for your viewing pleasure...
  20. it's like the echo one but cheaper
