it's from people mauling their bash plate instead of showing moderation with their hammering...
  3. bash plates are ace, if you use them properly i can't wait for the 26" version of the blade
  4. not a shop, i've got a video. but to avoid idea theifery i'll keep it under wraps for now
  5. the bike in general doesn't make the brake good/bad if you have £900 to play with you could build a very nice bike to start on, since you've ridden bmx so long it'd make sence to stick with 20" wheels, unless your a big guy, have you found your local riders? spec'd this up: £923, thats with tarty prices, luckily they offer a price compare so if you shop around for some bits (like the BB7s ) they'll be cheaper. Double Disk.

    not if he was good...
  7. single walling urban rims would be silly, they're the one of the heaviest rims on the market, just enjoy your heavy bike that won't break.

    Koxx

i remember that bike, god it's old now
  9. relatively cheap, lightweight, well constructed and thought out pedals....
  10. one does not simply team fluro into mordor amateurs....

    Double Disk.

maybe it's not the brake/pads/rotor, its your wheel position? if the pad doesn't contact the rotor enough the performance sucks, i'm assuming you've got horizontal drop outs, if thats the case, slide your wheel forward more so theres more contact with the pads, then make a spoke tentioner and be happy....
  12. 0.o monster! that sidehops perfect

    I Hate Halfords

hardly shitting money to shell out £10-£15 quid for a good service. i usually build my own but it takes me far to long to justify it now i have a job that pays ok

    Mystery Parcel

chortle chortle ride on mayday monday?
  15. koxx browns... or ride with maggie blacks... theres perks to riding with a shit brake, if you can chop + change to a good brake for serious rides.
  16. the 05 levers don't break that often, but people prefer to complain than sing praises, unless your with team cable... plus you can rock jazzy cnced lever blades the 05+ levers
  17. theres a brand new set of raceline maggies at my lbs i can pick up if you wanna rock the oldschool? its the bodies that go, either at the bolt holding the blade in or around where the body clamps the bars

    What To Do

calm down then? spend time with palets, the learning curve for trials is steep, then it gets steeper take your time and ride in your limits untill you ride to a reasonable standard.
  19. hammer and nails, you can use ratchet straps but they snap eventually. you don't need to nail them all together just 2-3 so you can have a bit of variety unless your into your taps and hooks....
  20. i know your not interested in metal backings but the tnn yellow pads are amazing dry pads i hammer mine on the rear and i've got complete confidence in the pad staying in the backing (i'm a fat b*****d too) when did you last use a vee?
  21. what was great about a black screen every time the footage changed
  22. how the f**k would that help?
