i've never broken a frame, i'm 17 stone i'm not delicate about riding either. i don't get how your putting such knarly dings in frames, it's not hard to know somethings going tits up so you can start to unweight the bike + reduce frame death... i do like the idea of heavy duty chain stay guards though!

got 4 offers, ntu, shu, hull and leeds met. i'm struggling to choose between nottingham and sheffield. i need the same grade for either so i'm not to worried about getting in btec ftmfw! i only need 4merits and 5 passes this year. so when my higher grades are out of the way i can gym/bike/work like f**k so i'm tooled up for maximum carnage at uni woop woop if the washers are mansize industrial ones, you can get 3 peoples worth of washing in there and split the cost...

rear freewheel setup can be lighter depending on your choice of parts. if you keep the gear ratio the same. the advantage of free hub is that you can have a smaller sprocket on the rear. this debate will never be solved though, but i think we've highlighted the key strengths/weaknesses of each set-up? could be stuck in frequently asked questions... also i'd trust an eno as much as a pro2.
