  1. If you like that you should read Deception Point by Dan Brown. Angles and Deamons is great too. The Road by Cormac McCarthy. I love the Mad Max type stories so this was perfect. An amazing book that I highly recommend.
  2. Look at MOE bars. On webcyclery.com and the German trials shop. The bars are exactly the same as the old ZOO! Bars.
  3. The marino looks perfect. So the chain tensioners work good? I like the idea behind them a lot. Kind of like the new Control's tensioners.
  4. What is the name of the pro who rode this frame? Classy looking bike.
  5. You better be going dual disc.
  6. Monty thick foam grips $2. Welgo b-27 pedals-came with my first bike 4yrs ago. Still going strong.
  7. Great looking bike and some impressive riding.
  8. Looks cheezy with the green & white painted parts.
  9. A classic video that will be remembered as one of the best for many years. Thanks so much for being a part of the trials community. You have to be one of the best film makers ever.
  10. Exactly, just because you are 6' 1" doesn't mean you need a long mod. I would go with a short mod 1000mm WB. Much more fun…….because bunny hops are where its at.
  11. GF of 3 months broke up with me. I hate starting over again.
  12. That looks amazing. V brakes win.
  13. I do dislike FB. Jonny Jones…you rule and would rule even more if you hosted them on photobucket.
  14. Great bike. Why the change from the Control?
  15. 74kings style……I made a homemade one for zero dollars and has been running smooth for a year. I just love that I can land on my hanger and it doesn’t matter, the tensioner keeps working. But if your chain length doesn't come out right and you need two pullies then the Rolhoff is best.
  16. Pads: Plaz CRV Time used: ~ 2 years Rim used: Alex DX32 Grind: Worn medium grind Brake used: Avid SD TI arms & Levers on the rear of the bike Booster: Nashbar Alum What is your opinion of a working brake: Bite and hold.. lots of it! I don’t want my brake slipping at all. How do they compare to previous pads you have used: They are the best I've tried so far. Use to run a 04 magura with Koxx Browns. That was a good brake, but the hold wasn’t as good. Review: Highly Recommended! This brake setup is trouble free and is super reliable. It just amazes me how good it is sometimes. Has never let me down. My friend runs the same setup with equal results. I can’t stress enough on how good the CRVs work in the Alum V backing.
  17. Super great pictures. Very nice quality too.
  18. Awesome looking Ashton. I am not a fan of the 16t front sprockets so it would be perfect imo with a 22t bash.
  19. So nice to see some Kenny and Ali C footage.
  20. I have a pair of copper Avid Single Digit TI levers and arms. I am guessing they are at least 8 years old. A little sloppy on the levers, but amazingly smooth. I have new levers but I just love these to much. My BB I was using was 3 years old. FSA Platinum Pro 118mm. Cracked on the shell and was still going until the bearings fell out when I took it out. I got my money out of it. I try to ride smooth, so things usually last me awhile.
  21. Dang! I agree with you. A person can be offended at first with having to pay to ride a frame for a month. When I really think about it, it is a huge deal for someone to do this in the small world of trials. You have put a lot of effort into the design and building of these frames and I hope this turns into a good experience. You are a generous and good human being.
  22. Is that Porter riding a Control? Bringing back 2007?
  23. I wish it was true, but in the planning thread he said he didn't have any footage.
  24. That is a great looking mod. Very nice spec.
