and to add to that, it builds balance and co-ordination, and im sorry but no matter how much u wreak the benches and other objects, nothing beats grinding!! it leaves a huuuuggggeee smile on your face! And its just fun! Doctor gave me a warning though, it gives you backache, but just ride through it and it goes away!! I spent £1500 on a custom build lol:p

i wud say join pinkbike or mbuk forums, but theres millions of bmx forums! but fit bike co. and wethepeople are some of the standout names, also mode, but the best are the tiny companies which you have to hunt for!! and cost alot!

and i thought we were low in derby!! but then i met about 7 people, one sponsored by zoo, (nice bike:P) who was pretty awesome!! although his bike looks knackered cus the rear rim is pretty dam squared! im glad i live where i do now!

its a different technique which my mate used and it worked dam well! its as deep as a grind, so not to deep, but its linescriss cross!! it looks good to!

i have a set of HS-33's and they are gettin crappy, cus they been used alot and they need rebleeding (according to 2 bike shops, both of which said they'd do it for money, which costs!! obvious huh!!) i was gonna use oil but then red here and i think water will do!! the ones i have (shown on this website cus of the lever style!!) i ride a kona wid dirt jam comps at the moment lol i can backhop and stuff, but put me near a wall where i have to get up im crap...then i had a go on a zoo pitbull, front end was up and i was on the wall, infact i went over the wall first time, rigids are so much better!!

Ive seen some people riding but only very occasinally, i was just wondering whether that anybody around here rides often!

one good thing about chavs, they think they know it all...just do a gap or summat infront of some of them with bikes, then when they say o mate that was shit or woteva, as you often get, tell them to do it better. you'll either get "you bein cheeky" or a few laughs, then they're off...if you dont want chav leave to america, they dont have a clue what one is over there!! im mates with some chavs (after they stole my bike) cus they gave me respect cus i chased them and rugby tackled them in the middle of a car park, and belive me it hurt!! pedals to the groin isnt a feeling i want agen. try riding with a 6'3 big muscleman:P it helps! Another thing is they always threaten you with other people, which i have a rather funyn story of chavs backfiring on it! i got called over by these two guys about my age and hieght who i knew where lived and there was loads of people around so i went over and one of them threatened me. i laughed and called him a dickhead, and he said (i quote) "ill call me f**kin mate and yule regret tht shit" so i said go for it. they were on the phone bout 10seconds and bout a minute later this man comes round the corner, grabs one of the chavs (the one tht phoned) and lays into him pretty well, and the other one ran off. why you wondering, it was my cousin lmao!!
