hey, iv'e searched the forum for a topic on cramp and nothing came up. I was wondering if some of you get cramp very bad? and all the time? For the last few nights iv'e been getting cramp really bad in my legs, do any other people get it after a comp or a long ride? what can i do to not get it? thanks bolty......

I applied for a apprenticeship with the northen gas network, went to leeds for some tests and did wa*k in my maths. Didn't get it so i think i'm going to stay on at school for a year or two and see what happens. bolty.........

i have had my try all shoes for around a year and they have been great. I only have had to get them repaired once and it only cost about £15. Never had ribo so i carnt really say much about them. bolty......

I cannot revise at all. I think its so boring. I try to revise and go on BBC bitesize but i'll end up doing something else like come on here or a games website or something. I' abit worried about them i need C's but i really don't think i will get c in maths because i really hate it and i'm really bad at it lol. bolty.....
