halfords sell these foam grips for your lever blades pack of four is like 4.99, never tried them but they look allright. mite try them out. Your guide is good and its nice your trying new stuff. good on you. but please try looking at what you're typing as illegible writing is terrible.

haha! quality. Yer clean it out. Remove the lockring with a hammer and a nail. take everything off (remember where it came from otherwise you'll be pretty stuffed putting it back together) then take all the parts and clean them off with a rag. the put it all back together, before you put the lockring back on give it a spray with a light lubricant GT85, chain line finish or something like that. Dont use WD40 as it isnt a lubricant.
