Haha oh i am....but just like you i work for hellfrauds. Doesnt help much. Plus the fact i dont really wanna sponser atm, like i say...i like the idea of beating sponsord riders.

I dont actually own a trials bike... But my others are pretty expensive.... DH bike...Around £4000 Jump bike....Aound £1600 Xc bike.... Around £1600 (old skool bike!! ) Singspeed jump bike was free...swapped for a bike i won! Free ride/ light DH bike is made from spaires but probs about £1800-2k

I admit, when i i first started riding DH i was like "oh god i wanna be sponsord" blar blar blar. Now im loving being not sponsord. I not rubbish, but im not the best. i usally finnish in the top 12 and sometimes even a top 10 (in juniour). But i love the fact im beating a few sponsord riders. Its brilliant. And if something turns up it will be quality. But if sponsorship is really something you really really want turn upto every comp turn up with clean kit, make sure your bike is 100% and get popular. If your good, and they can see you take your riding really seriously they will sometimes come upto you. Sponsors dont always look for the best riders. They look for the popular riders aswell. They want their gear to be seen! It also doesnt do any harm handing a CV of all your compition results to some companys. And what kind of person you are. They can only say no. Go to your local bikeshop, ask them if you compete with their name so in exchange they do you some deals in their shop. And go from there.... But for now, ride your bicycle and have a shit load of fun! Thats whats its all about!

I asked if i could do downhilling and my teacher really took an intrest and was well up for me doing it. He thought it was a brilliant idea, after showing him pictures of me and some DH vids he thought it was a brilliant sport, so he looked into it for me. But then he left and the teacher that took over said 'NO its not a sport' I told him about the previous teacher he didnt care so i had to do rugby!! Pants!!

If you go on your parenst insurance then you wont pay as much, but also you wont build up any no claims bonus! So when you do go on your own insurance you will pay shit loads even though you have experance driving. Its best to go on your own insurance straight away, yes you will be paying over a grand (cars im looking at gonna cost me £1500-£2000) but you will build your no claims up (if you dont claim obviously) and the next year you insurance will drop alot! And keep dropping every year! So go on your own insurance, it will be better in the long run!

If you take it to a phone shop you can see if they can do it for you. Or even your local market, should be someone there who can do it for you. There are a few websites aswell that will give you a code. The best one is called Dr unlock apprently! Search it on google!!

My bike decided to fall over landing a 23 foot doubble ginning 30 at a race once. It also decited to try a front flip off a little kicker aswell. When i was using quick reliese forks, the front wheel got bored and decided to go on a trip on its own on aston hills black run. On my old bike the swing arm and front triangle must have had an arguement or something and decided to split up whilst lading a jump, the shock didnt know who to go with so it decided to go with both and split in half. All restulting in amusing crashes, slightly painful ones too. Also i once my mates bike didnt take a liking to me, and whilst i was wheelieng it, it decided to fall over aswell and also smash my finger But apart from the usuall brakes failing ever now and again and things like that, all in all my bikes have been kind to me.

I shall be getting the sram pc911 chain. My mate has one and he says its brilliant. But atad expensive at £37.99.

Pop down to halfords, buy a screw extracor set. £7.99. All you need to do is drill into the bolt, exactly in the centre and then thead the extractor piece into the bolt and because its left hand thread it will bring the bot out. Then if you ever do it again, you always have an extractor set.

Its true, but i wasnt fussed, was an excuse to get it fully tuned

My orange patriot fell off the back of the car on the m40 gunning well...70 obviously. Umm Blew a fox rc shock on my orange 222 doing a 30 foot road gap. Umm Snapped a carrera helcat along with manitou x-vert r forks landing a jump. Never done anything to a trials bike though, due to lack of owning one

If you do land on the disc and do bend it all you need to do is get an adjustable spanner, wack it on the rotor and bend it back. And you dont need to take the rotor or caliper off, in fact its better to keep them on when straightening them. 5 minute job. So i would keep with the disc, like the others are saying, its not likely you are going to bend it but if you do its easy to sort out. Disc is more powerful looks better better modulation and its a hope, there for if you do have a major prolem ever, you ring hope and they sort you out straight away due to their amazing customer service!

Haha i gave trials up 3 years ago and having ago on my mates bike, im better then ever. When im feeling rich i might get me a little mod bike or summit to mess about on.

My mate is a profestional sky diver and he says its the best thing he has ever dont (still after 2000 odd jumps) Im doing a tandem at the end of febuary and cant wait. Obviously its gonna be scary and i will actually poop my self but so looking forward to it! Apperently after one jump you will be hooked!!

When it first came on i loved it, as i never heard on radio 4 and i have always been a fan of matt lucas. (altho i always did think he was called george daws ) I do watch it of nothing else is on and some bits are funny. The 'i am a ladieee' sketch is absolute shite as is the'yeh i know' Altho i do like mr man i think that is always good and fat fighters is not too bad. But most of it is bollocks now. Matt lucas and matthew wolliams (or what ever his name is) need to do something else now and leave little briton. If they do another series it will ruin them!
