well butty interesting topic as i also need new rims like...every few month, haha, i fully split my EX721 in half 2month back, my bmf got crushed last week, and now the ronnie ive put back on...its on its way out haha. but with you being a natty man, id stay away from a mavvic due to tire foldage. and mallet and the bum are arguing again, and what has finishing a trial got to do with needing new rims......... anyway new echo rim thing?

i had an email just like that one, it stated the date of when i supposedly won the national lottery and when the draw was etc, i looked on the tinternet and the dates were totally wrong, hehe if only eh...if only...

well monkey boy, thanks for insulting my intelligence, and no it wasnt a 'no bikes allowed sign' haha. thats whats confusing me, theres signs saying thell be bikes in a pedestrianised area, hey ho, we didnt put em there .

its all too random this is, every copper seems to act different towards us. some dont give a shit, and like in a nearby town, there dishing out fines and taking bikes off the riders. yet in our town centre of burnley theres signs with bikes in them, letting pedestrians know that theres going to be bikes there. yet we get told to piss off as theres no bikes allowed at all even when jus walking along with them. **theres a f**king sign you .....** so i scratch the seat off the bike sign, problem solved....or not

like spacemunkee more or less said, all the excersises you do must be heavier and with less repetitions otherwise youll be going for muscle tone/endurance and you want bulk for brute strength right? but also with the eat everything you see for getting the size to change into muscle, wont the size go elsewhere if you dont evenly excersise...just a thought. dont want to get hawge legs and then start flabbing up top

yeah its a great place to ride, but most of the other rocks, (with it being in the shade of the hill) were deadly and terribly slippy. we shall be going up again in a few weeks weatehr permitting and yeah there is one from leeds, proud of that tap lol

baaah mine was very strange..to go to 2 different student night clubs in different towns in the same night....one i ended up seeing my EX who dumped ME and she wanted to see me, this is a girl problemo thread haha..and then to a club in burnley untill half 4 this morning.. aaah well at least i pulled a hotty on the dancefloor and got a few more lasses lined up for another trip out
