  1. I think we need to ride one weekend, seems like we have similar views and tastes in riding, could be good
  2. I think that's very fair pricing to be honest, well done lads
  3. So basically it's what non religious types are anyway. Is that not just bordering on your average atheist?
  4. TSG Pisspot with flames 5 year old and still going strong! Need to start wearing it for trials...
  5. Thats the ones I've got, loving them long time!
  6. True story, just get it built up and ride it. If you get to a point where you think the frame is holding you back and you have a bit of spare cash then upgrade it!
  7. Do you not venture outside of your home?!
  8. I noticed that too, watched it at full screen and didn't feel sick, awesome! Amazing video, can't really say anything else!
  9. I've got Montys (Orange ones) on the back. They were pants when I had a dead grind but they were pretty shitty with oxide off the rim. Running them on a ceramic now and they're awesome!
  10. Trials may have been around since the 70's but BMX blew up in a big way in the 70's, big difference.
  11. Bike: Pashley 26Mhz Type: Stock Pros: Light and short Cons: Quite a high standover height but that doesn't affect me too much What I'd Change: Pashley forks on the way then build my front mono onto another 521 ceramic, lighter cranks Recommend? Definitely if you want something short to throw about
  12. Trials is a relatively new sport compared to BMX though and I think with the way the street style of riding is heading, it will become more apealing to the public. I've not been riding long but I enjoy it because even a curb or small wall can keep you entertained for ages whereas when I rode BMX I didn't enjoy street and there are no good parks around here. Suppose what I'm geting at is, trials is a good sport because there is rideable terrain EVERYWHERE and it hasn't got to be perfect conditions either. That went nowhere, haha.
  13. I can't see the point in taking them off if they work OK. I run SS but only cause my mech and cassette were f**ked and I've never been a fan of gears anyway, come from a BMX background.
  14. To be fair the Dub scene seems full of them folks. Bit daft when you think how close knit the Dub scene is, haha. Where did you have the work done? Was very nice, to the standard I like to see cars done!
  15. I'd go for the Paul hub because it looks sexier and it's lighter. I seem to be turning into a bit of a weight whore...
  16. G60 LO Is f**king awesome, looked around it at a few shows and it won the show and shine at one of the dubfreeze meets I went to
  17. I've got red kool stop maggy pads on a light grind on the front and I love them long time. Whap a light grind on and see what you think, they can only be better than they are now...
  18. Just like to add that the Oddy Elementary stem was designed by the same person as the rim mentioned earlier and author of the above article. Soon to be out are the Oddyssey "Wombolt" 2 piece cranks which again, are revolutionary in the way they tighten the crank arm onto the spindle with wedges instead of splines.
  19. Have a gander at this, the new rim from G-Sport. Surely some of the design features would work well for trials, especially the flat topped tyre beads? Or are these already in use on current trials specific rims? Well planned and designed rims, hats off to the best product designer and engineer in the industry
  20. Shit, whats that in the second pic? I was looking at making something exactly like that for my pashley! Looking into Vee's now though...
  21. f**k 17's, get some 15x8's on the back I had a valver with 15" RA's and P6000's and it handled like nothing I've ever driven before. Tyres were poor in the wet but I dunno if thats just because I was expecting similar grip as in the dry! You can pick supersport coil-overs (adjustable ride height and damping) up for about £250 from Venom so I wouldn't even bother with shocks and springs. If you're going to do tint's just do a light smoke all around, darker at the back looks bodge! Tints will cost you around £150 for something the size of a Mk2 Golf. Half tint 16v spec rear lights (only Hella will do ) and smoked side repeaters will tidy it up, fit Lexus lights and you will be hunted down and disembowled. Seriously though, lurk the E38 boards for a couple of months and your idea's will totally change, as will your definition of a "nice" car, it's all about the subtle touches. Rallye steels and 60mm drop for the win Pinky, gotta love the Polo's, I've had 4 Mk3 Coupe's (one a GT), one Mk2 Coupe and a Mk4 16v Good cars but they don't handle as well as the Mk2 Golf GT's go like f**k for what they are though, I can see me having another when my ban is up as a little "rallye-esq" type car, nice and light and set up to go round corners. Edit: Borbet A's are my favourite wheel ever for Mk2's (yes, I know that's a Mk1...)
