  1. Off tarty Weight: 1.977kg ,, far too heavy when you compare it with other frames around the same price.. Nice design though.
  2. Still dont know if you mean 165 or 175 your friend was refering to? The difference between 165 and 175 is night and day also going from 170s to 175s you will notice a big difference on static moves like gaps, its a LOT easier with longer cranks.
  3. Placed it somewhere doesnt sound very convincing get it sorted, and everyones on your back because you f**k everyone about with parts, not hard to see why is it.
  4. Very nice just need hopes front and rear imo, looks lovely though
  5. That place looks mental can you pin point on google map for us..
  6. kid at the end is a monster what frame is he running?
  7. Ive had an echo 24 and they are really good. You definately need to run a 150 stem on them atleast though. The thing about height and stuff i have just gone to a mod from always riding stock and i think its a mental thing as things look bigger when your on the backwheel but there easier to hop higher if that makes sense. Get used to it and you will be golden.
  8. You sure the pads arent glazed or has oil got onto the pads? Ive just took my pads out and cooked them on a gas hob for a couple of minutes each . Brake feels very sharp now.
  9. A friends cinelli mash fixie was stolen last night was a custom build with planet x front wheel and mavic rear wheel bull horn bars. They came in though kitchen window whilst people were upstairs and went out the front door at 20.30 pm last night, bike was located in wallasey on the wirral , cheshire. Please if you see this anywhere can you contact me on here, thanks.
  10. Just a little like! Love the design and thought behind it but is it really worth twice as much as a hope tech?
  11. Please tell me that price is for a pair and not just one... Edit. Ok it is just for one
  12. No it was an echo disc brake that i changed to a mono trial, i kept the rotor on for a couple of rides and have just changed it to a hope rotor
  13. Trials related i have just changed from an echo disc rotor to a hope mono trial rotor and the difference is night and day . The brake holds a LOT better so shape and design definately has a big effect on a disc brake.
  14. Glad you like it mate they are very nice.
  15. Looks amazin to be honest definately gonna be a place to visit when its finished. This looks a tad high
  16. to be honest theres nothing wrong with them there just not as good as hopes. A mate has the mk 1 mod with front and rear tr brakes and his work really good after bedding in, am a fussy one.
  17. Got this last week haven't been able to get out on it properley yet because ive just got back off me hols.. Bought some well needed replacements for it, higher stem and bars, hope rear brake and a tryall tyre should knock a bit of weight off, will get it weighed this week sometime.
  18. Just caught this short little vid of abel thats just been uploaded to vimeo thought id share it.
  19. Seems strange that your build is over 600 grams heavier than the echo complete bike? How much heavier are the hopes to the echo brakes? And this about bashguards i dont get, if you didnt have a bashguard and had a bashring then you have no protection at all on the downtube, i cant see much stress going through the frame slipping onto the bash. It is meant as a safeguard not to land on. I prefer guards over bashrings.
