take it easy. its the single most important piece of advice you'll get. i did too much too soon and regret it. other than that, lots of stretching, make sure your walking correctly, dont add weight till you can do most things you used to be able to near on perfectly. oh and if youve got any restrictions in movement becuase of the injury you probably wont ever have the same strength again

surely he must know about that you had to fork out for the gearbox so he should be understanding that you had to spend money that you wouldve given to him on the car, and could you not ask your mum for the money, she knows your good for it and she'll get it back quickly, you wont have to pay interest and she understands that your brother needs it and that you had to fork out for a gearbox??

atg isnt better for your knees, nor is it better for your leg strength it is however better for your core to go deeper as it puts it under more strain

ive had TPFT quotes higher then fully comp and just to make you jealous i can insure a lupo 1.4 for 900 quid or a sport for 400 quid more, at 18, no ncb, no experiance, both fully comp, own policy, no added drivers all optional extras like windscreen, breakdown cover, was with churchill
