Right i'm soon to get a new frame i'm looking at a ko-bike or something along the lines of that, but with a ko-bike it has no bash plate so i need a need a bash ring on my crank at the moment i have a once mussel man crank and a acs free wheel and no bash ring so do i need a complete new crank or can i fit a bash ring on to my current crank i need the cheapest way around it really as the frame its self is going to knock me back a bit. Yes thats about right i only learnt them myself yesterday and it is just pedaling late and as your front wheels just hits the wall give the pedal a quick strike and it sends you flying up. hope this helped Jack.

Thanks very much for your honesty you don't get that alot and now i think about it i can see what you mean I will change it around in my next video I have had a bit more practice with it and I made did one of my mates riding in canvey and that seemed to work out better thanks very much. Jack.
