I want to get into climbing but i don't really know where to start. When i'm back in Bradford i guess i could go to Leeds indoor thingy but i would like to start while i'm at uni in Lincoln. I've always been the sort of person who likes climbing things just to see whats up there, my recent games of "lava floor" have given my an added buzz as i managed to get from my front door to the attic without touching the floor.

Just ride xc now. I was going to start riding trials again but i just couldn't be bothered in the end.

Darts - Main hobby at the moment Ski - Normally go 3 times a year but i could't afford it this year. Football - Play 5 a side on a wednesday, kickabouts every thursday I'm thinking of taking up trampollening, looks like fun.

I made it. Paid for my two connecting trains which cost £7.50 and got from Leeds to Newark without the conductor coming. I wouldn't normally do it so i bought a coffee on the train for about £2.50 so i didn't feel as guilty.

The station i change at doesn't have barriers which is alright. I'll be paying the £3 to my final station which does have barriers though.

I'll take enough money and give it a go. Cannot be arsed paying £30 when i could do it for £7.50 seeing as i already wasted £30 on a ticket i didn't use.

In the morning i have to get the train back to uni. I go from my town station to Leeds, then down the Leeds - London line to Newark and change to another train. What i want to know is if anyone has had their tickets checked on the Leeds mainline bit? From memory i never had but that was about 1 year ago. I know i should pay but i bought a ticket on friday for the journey from uni and didnt use it. If i can get away with paying just the two short train trips i can save about £20. Cheers

Roger Waters - Three Wishes

I have read a few decent war books but i can't recall the titles for some reason... I think one of them was Pegasus Bridge which was good read if a little short. Other good books i have laying next to my bed at the moment are the Troy series by David Gemell. There are 3 books which tell the story of Helikaon, Odyssesus and Hektor. They probably aren't historically accurate (i know nothing about ancient greece) but the story is brilliant and the battles are very engrossing. I'd give the series a 8/10 On a similar note are the Emperor books by Conn Iggulden. They deal with the life of Julius Ceasar and Brutus. These are probably my favourite books. The story is brilliant, they aren't some boring history books. Plenty of battles and sex, only missing a bit of rock and roll.

I got a Corsa for my first car. Cost me £1100 i seem to remember. It was a cool little motor, did plenty of miles in it and it was quite reliable apart from the 3 exhausts i went through.

Yeah i'd never get away with selling bb guns now, i imagine armed police and an appearance in the Sun probably. I was a nice kid though honest. Just had the bottle to make some easy money. My mum and dad weren't best pleased though and my bro got a good telling off for being an accomplice.

I came close to exculsion a few times.. In year 7 everyone was buying weed of a guy in the year above and naturally the headmaster found out. We all had interviews with him and stuff about how much we bought and from who. I stayed quiet throughout the interview and was told that i would be found out. Luckily out of the 20 odd people that got caught i was the only person not to be grassed up. Popularity sure has its perks! Then in year 8 i started a BB gun buisness. I'd take orders from other people and go into town with my bro and buy G10's and other such guns. Then i'd sell em at school for an inflated price. Made a load of scratch till one kid got his new G10 out in the playground and started shooting people. 2 weeks off detention i got. Missed out on exclusion due to my good academic records i seem to remember.

Grand Funk Railroad. Started listening to them yesterday and i'm enjoying them quite alot.
