  1. yes i know what you mean, i have wanted a mk1/2 escort due to them being RWD and cool, but they are way to exspensive in my eyes! Thats why i suggested a mk1 golf, have many styling options with the choice of a big engine later down the libe if you really wanted! You posted the same time as me but yes i understand your thoughts on the mini completely! escort if you have the money, mk1 golf if not!
  2. get that front plate off and amber the corners!
  3. mk1/2 escort or a mk1 golf. id steer clear of minis from previous exsperiance! The major problem you are going to hit if you want some thing around the 70's is that they are going to be rust buckets and rust work is a right arse! Id deffinately say mk1 golf, many online forums to find advice/healp/get ideas, they are also a lot cheaper than an escort!

    Lighting

we had a night sesh at our local park and connected some flood lights to car batteries.... ghetto or what!
  5. silver anyday, to much anodised stuff now!
  6. What i said was i remember quite a few people running them years back but not seen many recently, thats not me saying no one does! but still this would be aimed at stock riders, i dont think many would be intrested although i may be wrong! i think the time and hasle you spend doing this along with money it may have been easier to just get a rear hub? I dont know, i cant see myself ever using one!

    Sleep Walking.

yeh, we was on holiday once, in this pretty buig house. i woke up walked around and opened all of the doors, and windows downsatiar and went back to sleep which is pretty scary! I do other scary stuff in my sleep aswell, i think i was taking to some one on here about this aswell. My girlfriend says that i have random conversations with her in my sleep. i once questioned her about what ratio celly based paints should be mixed with thinners once I also get out of bed walk around the rom do some thing random and get in bed again! bloody freeky stuff though!
  8. surely if would be simpler just to buy a rear hub? I mean if they only have them with 135mm spacing at the moment you would have to run your stock with a FFW and i havent seen one of them for years! which i dont completely understand!
  9. rapists and pedofiles. watched some thing on tv lastnight and i just wanted to go out and kill every single one of the mother fcukers! rusty cars my car not having any money
  10. kayaking! there are tons of places in medway where you can do it! I have been doing it for almost 7 years now and i love it!
  11. I am qualified as a kayak and canoe instructor. sot of got qualified doing the sport as a hobbie, but i cant make a living off of just doing that! But i bet its pretty fun!
  12. out of curiosity... You say about poking the master cylinder out via the bleed screw. i am guessing that this would be diffrent on a 06 magura? anybody have any idea how to do it on one of them? Just out of intrest
  13. agreed! 48mm is not to wide in my eyes! wider the better! if they match the above id deffinately have a set!
  14. we all know i meant dave!

  17. always loved this bike kenny. i have wanted one since i first see it and Jays, will have one one day!
  18. humm well, i used to put my crank into a vice and wack the pokey out bits on the freehweel which you would put the freewheel removal tool on untill it came loose, it absoloutley lkilled them bits and took a while to come off but it didnt effect the freehweel, i used to try it with a whip and pole but only evern ended up in a heap on the floor! No you can get them off and you dont need to buy a new one. If you need a hand id be more than happy to help you out although the whip way is right i just found it to be a complete cock up!
  19. Its bloody near impossible Chris! The last two i took off (ACS's because i had snapped pawls) i had to take off with a grinder because they are like erm stuck on so solid! I only ever got one off and that was on an old megamo crank when they used to be popular years ago! And i completely wrecked the thread on both crank and freewheel! What freewheel are you using again? tensile?
