i must agree there, if you want to be smooth go double disc! I rember riding with a lad that Chai knows, i think his name was Scott or Tom and he was riding a double disc monty and he was as smooth as you like! but i like others have said there is some thing about it which doesnt appeal to every one! i think it suits competition riders more due to thier reliability in wet conditions ect

How long would 5KG last and how regular would i have to use it? i do understand what you are saying with certain routines work for certain people, i mean i did weight training at collage for a while before i got kicked out, i wasnt in the classes long enough to get a full understanding of what was going on but like you say you do so much for two weeks untill you can notice a differance? i dont think this would be the best thing for me to do as i have never done any excercise like this before and if i was to go full wack i think i would pop or some thing so i think i should go steady for the first little while. I also assume that i would need to have a balanced diet? What are you lot on at the moment as i have quite a bit of body fat that needs to be got rid of first, or is it a good thing to have some body fat when you want to bulk out? This is the thing i dont understand, people may say, well you dont know the full story they could have been asking for it... BUT NOTHING! (within reason bar rape murder ect) deserves being killed over? nothing at all, and especialy at 16! i just dont understand it, But i keep getting squared up to by older kids, i mean a lot older wel blokes! i am 16 now, 6ft tall, not bloody huge but not the skiniest twig in the tree and i am getting squared up to by fully grown me! Right! This is a problem which has been concerning me and has been escolationg ever so much recently! I know this kinda thing will be evry differant depending on where abouts you are from ect but i am sure that a lot of people will have some for of exsperiance/view on this situation! I am from west kent, some areas down here are lovely but the areas around my town are right dumps! There are hundreds of Kids on ASBOS and restraining orders and to be fair in this area you are not safe! I was listning to the radio earlier and there was a 16 year old lad stabbed and killed in london, there was another 13 year old lad shot dead in brixtion on valentines day, a 15 year old lad was stabbed and beaten to death outside my local skate park! i was in a pub a few months ago when a 28 year old lad was killed outside... because he spilt some ones pint! The other night i was sleaping over at my missus place when i was woken up by shouting out side, there was a fight and 2kg ok cocaine was thrown over the street! I mean what is this world coming to? This isnt right! I mean those of you on here that know me know that i am not a dodgey kind of lad, that goes out looking for trouble! i just want to keep my head down get a education and get some where but people are constantly getting on my case as i am sure happens to a lot of people on here! the other week i was started on and chased down the M2 by 3 turks in a Audi... because i looked at them? And when i say looked at them, i purely looked out of my window into thiers and i was chassed flat out down the M2, this isnt right is it? i mean i did think well it must just be my area, but no! I went to hastings the other week with my mum brother and girlfriend and 5 diffrent groups of people confronted me looking for some thing to kick off. sureley this isnt right? Like i say i dont go around looking for trouble, and the last thing i want is trouble. but it just seems to follow me! Please some one say that they have this kind of trouble around thier area? Call me strange but i learnt to ride on a hs bike like most members on here, i got used to the squeal of the rear brake which i dont know kind of reasured me when i was riding,i was also used to being able to drop the bike willey niley if it come to it and not have to worry about that much damage. i did not find this when i rode a DD bike, it was to wuiet for my liking and although the bikes i rode had Mono M4's, mono trials ect i didnt think they gave as much bite as 33's. they were also pretty dellicate i found, i could not side hop to that side as it bend discs and i was constantly replacing them. To be frank i didnt like any of the double disc equiped bikes i rode/owned i didnt like at all but i suppose like everything is is personal prefferance!

I have been looking into getting into some thing like this for a while now, i have had a look on some websites but most of them seem to be filled with steroid junkies which isnt what i want to be going into! Since i have stopped riding i have put a lot of the relaxed muscle on! im 6ft and I went from 9 1/2st last summer (i think ) to 14st2. i have a 34" waist and would realy like to turn some of it into a bit of muscle but i really dont have a clue when it comes to getting it done as like i say, i look on forums and they seem to be filled with some sort of muscle enhancing illegal shit! i have no problem with protien shakes ect, actually id be up for trying some of that but i dont know what to get or where to get it! i dont know how much i can lift but i can carry a Gilera DNA 125 and a 1275 mini engine with no gearbox ( with a fair bit of strugle!) So what should i do? sorry to litter a decent thread with a gay question but can anyone help me out?

Na i went for a long time not coming on here, didnt ride you see! so had no use for the sight! Anyhow, i think a majority of the forum use the other sections... IE locations, trials chat, vids pic sections and thats all they are intrested in, just sticking thier nose in thse kinds of sections only every now and again, and when you have some one mindlessly posting this that and the other willey nilley like MR monkey did it gets kind of annoying ect! But i dont know the full situation but meh!

Yes i agree. Cant really remeber what point i was trying to make but there was one..... But members have had previous trouble with this lad and it was documented in his refs aswell! says it all. Retract my first statement, overwhelming evidance that this lad is not legit is ever growing!

I have just had a load of trouble via another meber of a diffrent site who jumped to conclusions and ended up dragging a situation out much longer than it was needed. This lad may have a very valid reason as to why what has happened has happened and i do agre, he is acting very suspicious! but PLEASE! Do not get nasty ect as it will escilate into a situation that is not needed. I think i spoke to this lad a few times, cant remeber really, i used to speek to many prople on here at one time so cant really rember. Try and get a contact number for the lad and contact him via the phone because at least there is no excuse for him hanging up and then deffinate action can be taken! You never know he may have a valid excuse (although i doubt it there is the possiblity and you have to look at all of the possibilites!). Save the slating untill the full situation is known eh.
