  1. yea but we get mountain dew and 7-11's as far as the eye can see
  2. I'm sorry but i think that thats an invalid statement. University is the single biggest character building place i have ever been (depending on the way you approach it), its just like one giant network of potential friends and contacts who would be useful in later life. Its where allot of people come out of their shells and become confident in who they are and in their own abilities. I wasn't going to go to uni but then i decided to come on a whim and it was possibly the best decision I have ever made. With some careers, yes, you are right, uni will not make much of a difference in obtaining the better jobs, but still, a CV with a degree on it will be preferable to one with some GCSE's and A levels. Back on thread i work every now and again as a traffic surveyor, 100 quid a day and 5 for each person you refer to the job, long hours, but hey, 100 quid goes a long way when your a student getting pissed midweek!
  3. awsome vid songs by A day to remember showem the ropes from the 'those who have a heart album' pretty good album aswell
  4. dude, im at sheffield uni and i have 2 bikes in my room, my rooms tiny, right now im the filling in a cold, metallic, trials sandwich. Mates bike got nicked from the rack so i dont trust them. When it comes time for inspection i just leave them in other peoples rooms for the night. Theres a rider from hallam who i know kept his bike in his hall room so you should be fine. Dont take it up for the first few weeks though, Bob
  5. weathers fine but cloudy up here in sheffs, im gonna mosey down after i get some munch
  6. ill probably be rolling around towards the latter part of the day
  7. weathers good, hangovers epic, wow, sounds like last saturday, should be a good ride then
  8. ill be there, hangover permitting, blue 24 uk, mohawk, Bobby
  9. Nice one, respect to the man with the second 24uk in Singapore (as far as I'm aware), albeit a better spec and updated version of mine bar rear hub. Good luck to you, throw it around summerset park and orchard road at 2 in the morning for sick street lines
  10. Is it allright if i come?? im new to sheffield so i dont know any of the riders or any of the spots
  11. Nice one Spode, smooth as sin as I've come to expect from you. Look foreword to our next ride
  12. you gottit, once you get the hang of it its pretty quick, ive had the same grind for 2 years and ill probably brake the rim before i need to grind it again. Might not suit everyone, not saying its the best, but i love it.
  13. haha, yea, thats me. im uber shite
  14. Hahaha, i have a Singapore stop on my bike (24uk) and ive had it on my last bike, absolutely fooking mint, The boys from ang mo kio showed me how to do it. Works amazingly with plazmatics, its like a really really really harsh grind that last fooking ages, the thing that makes it special is that its done by hand. Works equally good in wet and dry. Best grind ive ever had. Ill take a photo and slap it up later. o yea, and all those photos aren't what ive come to know as singapore stops
  15. Ey up too, Sheffield Uni, I'm of on sat too u gonna bring your trials up there? What you gonna be studying?
