I was told by someone today, apparently that the ones that the chavs are wearing are from jjb, and are similair but have no eye cover things, bit like a balaclava. Which makes them even more pointless for the reason they were made (skiing) as they don't even have eye covers

I think we now have a plan of action Either way though i would brick it if i saw someone walking towards me with one of them on, 'tis worse than a balaclava. I've never seen them before either.

For some strange reason when i was reading the bit about you getting a new frame, the first frame that i thought of was the Mutiny Josh Bedford frame, strange huh?. I guess it's because i was reading about it in ride where he was on about how his sig is going to have thicker tubing and the likes. Eitherway though, sounds good

There was two i used to go to being: Fast track Racing in Hull, and Stretton kart track. But your best bet is to find your local ones, then give them a ring and ask about bringing a bike down when they aren't busy, or trying to get them to make a bikers night. Usually they are more interested if you can get other riders to go with you, that way they make more money out of it. Heres a big list of kart tracks : Tracks

Yeah they are great fun, but minibike supermoto is where it's at. Seriously, racing them round go-kart tracks is the most fun you can pretty much ever have. I managed to high side the last time i went racing. I was entering a corner and knocked it down a gear, but as i put my foot back on to lean into the corner i must of hit the gear lever again, so the rear wheel locked up and it flicked one way then the other way, and spat me off making me do a front flip and i landed on my back and slid off the track. Bloody hurt, but was funny as. Got an oldish pic of mine, it has had a few bits done on it, like: barkbuster hand guards, sava supermoto tyres, takagawa cdi unit, five-o impact rear shock, smoothed and polished manifold, different gearing to pull out of the corners better, and a few other bits that i can't currently remember. aaa balls I'm rapidly running out of options now haha, and yeah it is a bit of a sod. And billy's is a no from that (plus they only have 36h in). Might have to scrape the bottom of the barrel and give Winstanleys a ring, 'cus on their site it says they have a 48h thats available to order, but dispatched in 2-5 days . So it's either a case of them having it in stock, or not having it in but they can order one (and get one in march like the other shops). Meh it's worth a try i guess. Also rung a place called hardcore hobbies earlier, and they also said they had none in, but are getting 40 in march, 25 of which have been pre-sold. Custom riders also seem to have none in. The only other place i could try is wadescycles as they have an advert in ride with the geisha street in, but their website is currently down. Looks like i might be running chainless until march at this rate

Cheers for that, it's going to have to be 48 then. Yeah i checked alans, but their out of geishas until march, which is a pain in the tits because they were my first choice. I'm also looking at Billy's in Cambridge, as they have the geisha in, but only 36h, plus i don't think they do wheelbuilds. I've tried nearly every bmx shop going (that i know of), and still no luck

Right i'm in need of a quick answer for this one.... Basically, i've decided to get the geisha street, but now i need to find an online shop that will lace that hub to a new rim. So i need a shop that stocks the khe (and has it in stock), and that also builds wheels. As right now it is proving pretty hard to find, as i don't know many online shops, and the ones i do either don't stock the khe (or have it in stock), or don't do wheel builds. So if someone could help me out, i would appreciate it... Edit: also what would be best to get it in, 36h or 48h

Yeah i had pretty much the same thing over christmas. I Pulled it when i went out on my bmx in the cold, without warming up or anything. Then when i tried getting on my trials bike a few days later it seemed to feel worse (i guess thats because you move a lot more in trials). So i made sure i let it rest for a week before i went out again. And over time it just became more of an ache, until finally it has pretty much gone. The one thing that did really seem to help me was tiger balm, i don't really know why and i'm not too sure on what it does, but i was told to keep rubbing it on my back, and it did seem to help the pain and make it feel better.

Yeah, it is bloody nasty. You just wake up and try to move, and move your arm but it won't, it just feels like lead. Then when you touch it with your other hand it feels really cold, and you can pinch it or hit it and it doesn't hurt. I once had a big bruise on my arm from it once, i woke up and it felt funny, so i picked it up with the other hand and raised it then let go, but because it had gone dead, it just flopped down and smacked the metal rail on my bed. Scary shit...

I stopped buying it a while ago. Mainly because i just started to find it boring, and somewhat over priced. So now i get to buy ride every month

Yeah, I think it's going to have to be the KHE if i get one then. I have just checked dans comp, and it just seems too much hassle with the delivery and the likes. 'tis a shame you can't get the Poverty in England. Where is the cheapest place to get the KHE, i can find them for £90. But is there anywhere cheaper?

So is the Poverty a no go? Just that was the one i was more drawn to, mainly because of the simple fact that it is a fair bit cheaper. I was thinking about the geisha, but i wasn't so sure on servicing and fixing it, plus the heavy price tag. Although i guess it's worth paying more for something thats going to last. Plus it seems fairly cheap when you compare it to fixed trials hubs at £75 a piece. Have there been many/any problems with the geishas, or are they pretty kosher.

I have recently been looking into freecoasters, after biting the bullet and deciding if i should get one or not. So i know a few people on here seem to know their stuff on this shizzle. So im looking for a few opinions on the freecoasters currently out. I do sometimes run pegs, and i know that on some of the freecoasters you're not meant to run pegs. But that i can deal with, as i have been pegless for a while, before i put them back on, and i didn't really mind being pegless. Just it can sometimes be annoying when it comes to finding an awesome ledge, but not having any pegs to grind with. Currently i'm liking the look of the Poverty from Dan's comp, but i don't actually know much about how it holds up and the reliabilty of it. So what i'm really after is some views on current freecoasters (or even soon to be released ones).

It makes everyone love you But it is shoddy quality, so i think i'm still going to get it on dvd when i have enough money.
