When i get my 360 on christmas day, and after i've sorted out live, i will post mine up here. Games i will have are: GOW, Rainbow six vegas, Test drive unlimited and Tomb raider Legend ( )
-
Have you tried taking Glucosamine sulphate tablets, you can get them mixed with vitamins as well all in one tablet. I started taking them when my knee got really bad after i fell of my motorbike and smashed my knee on the swingarm. But now they are running nice and smooth, and i can finally bend down without it hurting, and without my knees making a horrible sound. Something like these are good: Seven seas As for a resolution, i'm going to try get my self motivated with stuff in general. Such as work, riding, making a new video (that i have been saying i will do for ages) etc.

no no no. Check BBC2 now it should be TMI, then the female presenter on that. Christmas pudding or no christmas pudding, she is mighty fine. Back to the freecoasters. I think i'm going to wait a while before i go out and buy one, simply because i have a tendency to get things that **ck up on me. And hopefully by the time one is released that is reliable, and worth buying, i will still be able to lace it to my current rim. Thats hoping a lot, but i'm sure it'll be reet. But oh my how tempting are they

Word I'm pretty excited for christmas this year, don't really know why. But all the same no ones killing it for me

Isn't it 6 months? I think mine was anyway. But i'm not sure how much it is after, but isn't there a way of just signing up again with different details to get another 6 months free. I'm sure i read somewhere you can

I have always liked the look of Shercos, but GasGas is blatantly where it's at But that is looking very nice, and the Shercos i have been on all felt very nimble and light, so 'tis all good. Shame i don't really ride mine that much anymore, i used to be really into it. Started on a GasGas txt 50, then Beta 80 and now i have my GasGas 125.

Yeah with the hebos you can't go wrong, nice and padded where they need to be, but slim where they don't. And they are really comfy, i mainly use them when i'm on my motorbike though. But mine have slowly formed rips in the finger tips as they have got too small, so now i never really use gloves. You just have to ride without them for a month or so, and the skin on your hands gets a lot tougher. And then it's out with the gloves, in with the hands like leather, sorted.

Well Dave from tartybikes has been testing them (see the link underneath the pictures in this thread), and as far as i know, he still has them now. And they said that they were very strong and very stiff. And they fit to a bmx bb, which in many cases people prefer.

I don't really see what you mean, but isn't the crank closest to the camera just an upside down left one. As they are right and left hand drive compatible, so the left has the bolt in as well. So both arms have two sprocket holes. I think thats what you mean.
-
The bolt is to attach the sprocket to the cranks, hence the holes in the sprocket They do look rather nice though, a lot better than normal trials specific ones do.

Deffo get the short if you can, i own one and it's awesome, rides really nice As for the long i have never been on one, but most people that have say they don't ride too well, and that the short is far better.

I've just been using one of them wheat bags as it happens, whack it in the microwave for 2mins, then apply it to the area that hurts. Seems to of helped as well

Yeah it was bloody freezing this morning when i went out, and really foggy, and me being me didn't do any stretches or warm up a bit. Just got on and started riding around. And that was also what my mum said to me, something like "oh you've got cold in your back", in a mother like way.
-
I've got that today, it really hurts. I've got it on the lower part of my back It was after i had been for a ride on my bmx round town, just pulling 180's and manuals. I got back in, sat down for a bit, went to stand up and my back aches like a mother hucker. So i'm sat here now trying to sit as straight as i can to stop it hurting. I also put some muscle relaxant stuff on in the hope that it would help the pain

If you mean the video i think you do, then the song is Vex red- Cause and solution. Just to make sure it is the one you mean, then listen to it here on last.fm (track 7): Vex red

Plus by the sounds of it, it's best of the internet material..

I know, don't they just. But at the moment for some reason they are getting slaughtered by the masses for being a 'trend'. But surely the people that are calling these a trend are only going against the grain, in order to be part of a smaller trend and in a minority for being different. I think some people just need to forget about all this trend shit and get on with doing what they want to, not dictate to others what to do. Anyway rant over. And it's Bruce Crisman . Hasn't he also designed a new freecoaster with KHE called the reverse or something, but i think it's still in prototype. Heres a pic of it:

Oh my How high were those whip he was pulling out of the park and gapping over the fence. And that last clip with the stairs is taking 'bmxers wrists' to a whole new level. Crazy stuff.. Edit: just came across this, and really enjoyed it. I've been waiting for a small team video from them since i checked out who was riding for them. So here it is: Federal London trip

I wish people would stop posting pictures of stocks that look so good, it's slowly making me part from my mod ways, and making me want a stock. I think the next bike i have will probably be a stock at this rate. Anyway that looks proper swish, and i like the blue and red colour thing going on. You can't beat that frame either

A lot of people i know are missing on skills like this, and have a distant lack of common sense. For example i can remember being out on my bike with a few people i know, and we were riding some jumps and one of them was running really high psi in his tyres (but not realising it was left to me to tell him), at which point i said "you need to let some air out your tyres" and i got a reply of "how do i do that". Baring in mind this guy was about 13 at the time, i couldn't believe what he just came out with. I often do find my self fixing my friends bikes. There is one guy i know that has the most ***ked bike i have ever seen, consisting of snapped gear/brake cables, wobbly bb, missing and completely loose spokes, out of line handlebars, loose headset, completely ripped seat, very flat tyres, and he's 15. Fair enough if he doesn't know how to fix them as not everyone will, but it doesn't take much brain power or time to go get it serviced or even read up about how to fix certain things. But instead he still uses it for jumping and razzing round town on I guess the reason i have a acquired good practical skills is through having motorbikes when i was younger, and being around my dad's bikes. And i always use to watch and help him fix them when i was younger. So now i understand a lot more about the way things work, and how to take things apart and go about fixing them, for example a carburetor. Plus it's also something i enjoy doing, as it is a satisfying feeling when you have just taken apart something very complicated, then fixed it, and put it back together again and got it working.

Explosions in the sky- A song for our fathers. Really relaxing and peaceful music, but still has an edge to it. Good stuff
