True i suppose, but in a sense in the UK it isn't guns their armed with, it's knifes. Kind of makes me worry sometimes, especially when you are in one of them situations where you can see a fight about to happen. All it takes is one d**k and a knife to put an end to someone else, quite a sobering thought
  2. We all enjoy a happy poopipe gracing t-f. So for the good of all t-f members i say get the pics and broken nose
  3. This last page has got to be one of the funniest i have read in a while, well apart from poopipe's super nanny one
  4. Oh my that really is nice, not in your face plastered in colour but it isn't bland either. I like the yellow stripes round the tyre and the gold/yellow on the pedal looks good. Where did you get that rim tape from it's great? reminds me of the barbie bikes
  5. Says the video needs to process (which takes 12hours or so i was told)

    Mod Frames

It does look the sex. I can't wait until it is released and got a few reviews under its belt, if i was going to go dual disk this would be the one i would wait for.

Bloody hell, i didn't think it was going to be that many. We were talking about it in R.E today due to it being an amish school. Either way something needs to be done about it

Ye it does make me feel ill that someone could carry out such a thing, never mind even contemplating it. How many shootings in american schools have there been now?
  11. Natural hands down. I have to get a lift to any natural places but when i get there the journey is worth it so it is all good I find when you ride natural stuff it allows you to be more creative, and improves basic bike control no end. I suppose street stuff is ok, but i only ride it when i can't get to any natural stuff, and i find it less fun as usually it is always the same walls or same drop so i get a bit bored of it. Yeah i don't think you can say street is more dangerous, and nor can you claim that makes it better. Take for example: if you are on a top of a rock surrounded by more rocks that are lower down, if you slip and try to jump its either going to be a twisted or broken ankle(unless you're lucky), and you don't even have to be high for that to happen.
  12. Does anyone have this anywhere, something i would like to see?

    Mbuk

Exactly how i feel, i have about 3 big stacks of the magazines under my bed, but for some reason i can't get round to getting rid of them. I sometimes find my self flicking through the older issues to remind my self of why i got interested in trials and how the sport has changed. I think for me it is something to look back on if you get me (not wanting to sound cliche), and brings back the memories of hours on end in car parks trying to learn to back hop
  14. If anything i would say i'm totally opposite, to me a well rode bike tells a thousand stories When i get new bits more my bike it makes me want to ride it more, i don't know why. But for me to be totally comfortable with my bike i prefer it to have a few knocks and scrapes otherwise i worry to much about damaging it. It is like when you get some new shoes and they look really nice and clean on the outside, but when you wear them they are uncomfortable and tight. But after a few months and they are worn in they are mega comfy but not as new and clean looking. Thats kind of how a feel about my bike

    Virus Warning

I've had that one before as well goes something like "o my god is that picture you" and there is another i think something to do with medical pictures or something, but there worms aren't they? I have never understood the reason someone would want to do such a thing, i pity their twisted, bitterness with the world to make a computer virus and see how many people they can spread it to.

    Mbuk

I think trials as a sport is on the right track, especially with more demos going on and more publicity. But it still isn't as big as it could be. It's like if you have a conversation with a stranger in the street and they ask you what you are doing and you say "i'm trials riding" and usually the response will be "o whats that, like bmxing?" or "o never seen that before" which sums it up for me. In my opinion any publicity for our sport is better than none, i suppose yeah it could have a bit more trials in mbuk here and there. But you have got to think it isn't going to draw many more outsiders into starting trials as you have to be interested in bikes/ride bikes to buy mbuk in the first place. And i don't think you can really mock them for doing what they do, as all in all those two pages are better than nothing, although i'm sure it wouldn't go a miss with many people if they put more stuff on trials in the magazine. In regards to the whole clothes thing, i just think publishing things like that isn't going to help the sport in anyway as it comes across as a scene thing and you have to wear certain clothes to fit in, which then makes people that read it think twice before they start, as after all do they really want to be involved in a sport where they get mocked for wearing something that doesn't fit in with a trend. In my opinion it shouldn't matter what people wear when they are riding trials, as after all we all have a passion for it so why should trends or fashions get in the way of it. We all enjoy trials so let it stay that way
  17. Ye it did show, you always could count on mark to close all the dodgy topics. But as well as that you can tell he trys to help people with stuff so it was all good I don't think he was that argumentative, but he put across his views which is fair enough, as after all it is what a forums all about.
  18. I was wondering why i haven't seen "onzaboymark" in every recent topic going, i guess thats why. Thought he may have flown the nest
  19. After owning a 360 my self (well two), if i do get another console it will be the wii. I ended up getting a full refund for my 360, as the first one i got at christmas time seemed to work alright, but it got so hot you could cook breakfast on it. Anyway later on it shat the bed and showed the red lights, so off it went to microsoft where i got a new one sent back. This one seemed alright for a while but again it got mega hot and just started to stall and crash, especially when i was playing hitman on it. So we took it back to gamestation where they gave us a refund. It was a good console but the temperatures it runs at, and how picky the conditions it has to be is just slightly ridiculous, unlike the old n64 as they were built like brick shit houses. The only game i really did like on it was Hitman blood money as i just found the others fairly boring. It just seemed like the concentration was on graphics not new inventive games. That is why if i get another it will probably be the wii, as it looks the most fun and inventive and that is what games consoles should be about (well to me anyway), and the PS3 is far too much for me to consider it.
  20. Couldn't agree more I think generally most bmx companys have it dialed, in the sense that many are rider owned and based and their companys aren't only to earn them selfs money but to help the bmx scene and provide the riders with what they want. Like a lot of the frames are made by relatively small companys, but yet they come out with very good frames where the hard graft really shows. And the way each independent manufacturer has a team of their own riders in order to promote their bikes and their sport at the same time, so it's a win win situation. Personally i would prefer to have a frame built in England knowing that it isn't one of hundreds mass produced, and knowing that the frame has been made with care and attention with riding in mind. I'm not saying that the other companys aren't, as many the time they are made well, but it is just my opinion. Other than that i think the only future parts that will stick will come from a trial and error approach, just like the koxx prototype thing, it might ride like a sack of sh*t or it might ride nice, and this will then determine for other companys the direction frame design should be taking. I hope that made sense anyway
  21. Looks good. I like the black and silver thing going on, simplistic but very nice at the same time. I was going to say the zona zenith graphics look a bit crap, but it is easily sorted so
  22. No but it doesn't f**k up as easy when you do
  23. Try putting some talcum powder in it. I haven't done it myself but have been told it works and stops pinch flats, so worth a try
  24. Very good riding, and i don't think the pics are that bad as i'm guessing it was pretty hard to take pics in those conditions. Last picture looks huge as well
  25. Anodised socks, for all your Michael Jackson needs
