I have changed bits on my bike recently so here it is Now has: No front brake (i did try brakeless and i have to admit there is something satisfying about having no levers on the bars, or not banging your hands when you barspin) Ruben Alcantara grips which i really like, they feel nice and soft but they haven't started to flake or rip yet Perv 30tooth chainring Odyssey mono lever Federal team bars I was thinking abut a new wheel set, but decided not to as it would make more sense to start saving up for a new frame later on.

Really liked it, had a good combination of street, natural and then the smooth flowing street lines, what more could you ask for. Some big moves in there as well so

Brown koxx bloxx seem to do me fine, they are good in most conditions. I find an old pair the other day that had a bit of life in them, so i got the dremmel out and cut grooves in them for when it rains, just got to put them on and test them now

I have never seen the point in coloured bashrings and plates, when all you do is smash them on stuff, but they still look nice i suppose. That ciguena is a work of art i love it, one of the nicest looking mods i have seen

Very good vid, the riding on that mbk seems silky smooth, and the gap to front on the rocks was very impressive

I was just wondering if anybody has/uses one, as i have seen them on the internet but never actually tried one, and they seem like a good idea. I have started riding bmx as well and i keep straining my wrists so i want to try beef them up a little, and the powerball things seem like they would help whilst being fairly fun to use. So if anyone has one please could they help me out, as i am looking into buying one but i want to know more about them first. Do they actually improve your arm and wrist muscles by a noticeable amount? And where is the best place to get one from other than the internet? as i had a quick look in the argos catalogue but they didn't seem to have them?

If you have seen most the tv reports on it, they make it out to be some obituary for some reason, even before giving the guy a chance to recover. He is a very nice person, and i'm sure anyone who has ever seen any of his tv appearances can agree, so it is pretty bad to hear such a thing happen to a guy like him. I just really hope he can fully recover from it.

I agree with the bent top tube thing going on, i think it would look a lot better without it. Other than that though looks very nice, and i like the bash guard mount design.

Thirded I don't mind playing it with mates, but i can't watch it on tv or read about it and nor do i support a team. I just reckon the whole sport would benefit a lot if it lost all the celerity stardom that seems to revolve around it, and just got back to the football. Maybe it's me just being narrow minded though.

I hope he gets better, in my opinion he was the best presenter out of the show as Clarkson annoyed me with all his anti motorbike comments (even though he can't ride one), and the other is just a bit non discript. If it is the same jet car that was shown on the tv and he did flip it over , he is very lucky as it has no head cover.

Thanks poopipe Just been out for a bit on my bike after reading your post, and i can now 270 off the ground using a tiny lip and shoving it round like a b***ard, and then i turn the last 90 on the rear wheel. So i'm pretty happy with that And now i know the technique, i think i'm definitely going to give it a blast over the tabletop at my mates house.

Just found this video and i was very impressed by it, it's not all riding but it's still a very good video. I have done quite a few searches with no results so i hope it hasn't been posted before, but all the same if it has i reckon it's worth another watch Joe and ruben's euro train trip pt2 Scroll down the page until you find the right one

After finally learning how to 180 and landing fakie off the ground and small jumps, i want to start learning how to 360. One of my friends has a few dirt jumps in his field and they are a fairly decent size, and i want to try learn them on that. But when it comes to learning new things that potentially are pretty dangerous i find my self bottling out of it. So i was just wondering if anyone could give me some key pointers or tips on the technique to help me learn them, as i don't really want to go flying over it without any clue of how to do them.

I invented a game with them though boredom and too much time on my hands. It's a bit like boxing but you play against them. Basically when you find one make sure they are looking at you so they stand a chance, and you have to try and flick them to knock them out, if your first shot doesn't kill/knock them out then you have to follow it and keep flicking it until it does. When you do go to flick it though you can't do it against a wall so it crushes it, you have to do it side on. You have to try and win with the least amount of flicks possible, and every time it flies into or touches you, you add a point onto your score. I did find it pretty fun at the time, but i was pretty bored and had time to kill.

Haha has someone been watching a certain video by any chance Anyway things that annoy me: Dripping taps bug me Foreign toilette doors that open the opposite way, as i always get shit scared when i try and open the door but do it the wrong way so i think i'm stuck The way calender chocolate always tastes disgusting People that walk really slow in front of me Forks that bend too easy When people spill honey down the side of the jar, so when you go to pick it up your hand gets all sticky When you see a really nice girl, and they stare at you and you stare at them, but you pass on by instead of making conversation and getting their number, can be pretty annoying.

The lack of quotation marks on that worrys me slightly "Alex was arrested for an alleged mink farm raid"

Is that Dan Joyce from dirty sanchez? Either way that is kind of accepted from them, when they drink liposuction juice and nail parts of their bodys to random things for a living.

Make sure you are bending your legs and getting your bum over the back. Try and keep your arms locked in a straight position, as i find that way they act a bit like a lever. Also when you do it try not to pump with your legs straight away as it can upset your balance, so try rolling without pumping your legs for a bit and then when you feel the bike slowing down or the front dropping, pump with your legs to counter act it.

After watching the video of that guy eating a sheet of A4, i would be doubtful that anyone could eat a dictionary, but then considering the money maybe so. Either way though i would soak all the pages in water first to try drain some of the ink out of it and it will make it easier to eat and digest And if you do it, make sure you have it on video

By no means am i saying that they all have problems as i know a couple of people that have got them and had no problems, could just be that i'm unlucky, and it did seem like it was the earlier ones that had the problem. Apparently it should be out early in 2007, but i don't think there is any official date yet. There is a bit more about it hereXbox 360. Microsoft service isn't too bad if you have a problem though, you just ring them tell them whats wrong, and they arrange for it to be picked up, and if it's repairable they will fix it, if not you usually get a reconditioned one.

Well i know the two i had just over heated and showed the red lights, because they both got extremely hot inside even though they were in well ventilated areas and i always kept my window open when i played it, but still it ended up going back as the warranty was running out and i didn't want to be stuck with a broken xbox and no warranty, so it was either get a full refund or end up with a 3rd xbox that could break. But the ones that had the most problems were the second batch made around christmas time, as they were made from a different factory (and slightly rushed) or so i was told. I think the newer ones do have less problems, but still if i were you i would just wait for the update with the smaller cpu as it will stop them from getting so hot, but like i say i don't think you should have any major problems with the more recent ones if you do want to get one, but you have be warned

Yup you sure can There are a few good games for it, but some get pretty boring, so as a word of advise read some reviews on the games before you buy them as they are £40 odd pound each.
