trials may change but everyone will adapt to how the sport changes that always happens. look at old school trials. people have adapted to the evolution of bike capabilities and have gotten so much better people are sidehopping 55 plus. i'm not saying thats just the bikes. every sport will evolve but people evolve with it. there will be boundaries but not just yet trials is a fantastic sport. it just needs to have more recognition then the boundaries will be pushed

i was thinking of getting a copper insert of the four bolt size (i also would like to know the size of the thread) making the hole in my frame slightly bigger and stick the insert in the hole whadda you all reckon??? onzaboymark i suppose your right anyone know anywhere in kent that does helicoiling??

Right happens to all of us. Bloody aluminium is noting compared with the steel bolts of my magura mounts. Does anyone know of a company that specialises in the making of copper or a metal stronger than aluminium inserts??? Helicoliling is not a option can’t be bothered My fault really should have greased the bolts when i got the frame but I can’t do that now It would be a nice thing that frame manufacturers could think about. Maybe some sort of insert in the mounts.

anyone noticed the increasing number of bikes being stolen at the moment there needs to be some sort of amnesty against the "chavs" that are stealing them im not blaming all chavs but it just seems to be those types anyone feel how i feel?

Brake boosters have never been a necessity. They are just there if you want your brake to be less spongy and so that your crossover pipe is protected. I run a python with no booster I have never run a booster and I feel no difference. My python is a 05 model and was built really well. New frames are just coming out with more 'technology' if you like. The new upgrades in the geometry and design features make the bike more stable and strong its just preference if you want a booster run a booster if not don’t. There are pros and cons to everything in this world its just preference.

B&Q should have some its pipe isnt it so it shouldnt matter just make sure your nipples fit in it

i ride a 1048 ish python really long its all about preference and what you can do i dont tend to bunny hop but i can still do all i want to do it caters for all of my needs

tow them, bike rack, Corsa B easy peasy two 26" bikes my Python and my 26" saracen fit easy with back seats down try someones car and find out

Do you mean you don’t know how to set it up you must use snail cams you can’t use the usual chain tugs. Not sure what you mean though can you clarify for us?

nine times out of ten i think well im going to hurt myself so why not do it doing something big. bigger the trick, worse the stack, funnier it will look on video just go for it ride with a mate a little competition makes you ride so so much better. or just think of all those lovely wrinkly nurses who will kiss and rub you better. or your girlfriend thats Probably better to think about

The new question is how many more people are starting trials. There are hundreds of people just on this forum. At my school everyone is talking about trials. There are five real trials riders in my town myself included But there seems to be many many people beginning to start. I couldn’t imagine any way of finding the total number of trials riders but what do you count as trials, motorbike trials, pedal trials, time trials, drugs trials??? There are many different types of trials. Will we ever know how many there are????

thats the weird thing. the guy i got it off said it was a 160 but it is fine space wise with the 165. by saying that it is a 2000 cheers prawny baby and others. well i will give it a few days and see what happens.

i have recently (yesterday) put a disk on my python . the brake is a magura louise (not sure what year but has a static pad) with a basic rotor 165. it seems to not like to really bite it grips enough to go to front wheel but doesnt feel too fantastic. does it still need to bed in or is there any way of upping the braking power be glad of anyones advice. nick

my ingenious idea..... dont ride with anything. or cheap mp3 on string round your neck. little bit of music no-one calling you going come and meet me.(my g/f will kill me for saying that oh well) its brilliant go and have fun riding dont take anything out or if you have to the fanny pack is my weapon of choice.
