well i my mate used to run water and antifreeze and that worked realy well and the water never freezed in the winter hope that helps

my bikes bottom bracket came cross threaded but ova time is ive been ridin its got worse so your dad might need to re-tapper it mat

on mine i got a 68 by 119 but somehow my bottom bracket hass cross threaded so im gunna need the frame re-tappered

ive done that many of times at it realy gets on my nerves thats y ive started wearing like joggers so you can pull the elastic bit at the bottom and then it doesnt get stuck in your freewheel so problem solved

To b honest my zona zip frame is excelect well worth the money and lovely to ride overall its a excelent frame and well worth buying 1
