spode@thinkbikes
For those of you who can't afford to lose time of work due to injury, this is worth considering:http://www.sportscoverdirect.com/ £84 a year and covers you for a lot of different sports, including competitive mountain biking, BMX, blah blah. Snap your ankle riding street and get £250 a week if you can't get to work, and money for a physio too. There wasn't anything specificially related to trials on the site, so I'll have a look through the policy when it turns up. But it's still mountain biking! T.McMillan
will you get sick pay on top of this?
Walleee
will you get sick pay on top of this?Wouldn't that be dependant on the employer rather than the insurance company?

Rusevelt
Yeah i remember spode mentioning this during our southeast london ride yesterday. sounds like a pretty solid deal worth doing, esspecially with the number of riders whom suffered serious injured list this year alone, Martin, Darren, Antonio. i can imagine the specific details ie; you wont be covered if you sustained a head injury because you were not wearing a helmet for example. but thats just pure common knowledge sense.
