Well say i owned all the rights to music i wanted to put on a radio station (local bands, etc etc)

and could get all the equipment and shiz

was just a tiny part of telford broadcasting aswell say 2/3 miles max range

would it be easier to just go pirate,

or get a licence

So yeah,

First of all how can i be traced by ofcom

and second how much would it be for a non commercial station to set up./

You can get seriously raped without a license mate. When I was at college me and a couple of mates set up a pirate station using all their gear, and they were tracked down and had £k's worth of gear taken!

Conventional radio is great but too difficult / expensive to set up... If it wasn't I'd do it myself :)
