Bottom Bracket - What Size?

Recommended Posts

The lengh of bb is your choice. You just need to measure the frame width. I believe it should be 68mm. So having 128mm bb should be ok as long as it fits the frame.

Not necessarily, you need to take into account what Drive train he's using, if theirs a Freewheel and a bash ring then a 128/127.5 will be needed also if the pistons stick out a longer BB axle could be needed again.

127.5/128 mm is the size you want for a ffw, also with this size you can run a bashring on it or just ffw. Try-all or truvative gigapipe bb's are probably two of the best, but the try-all is slightly expensive, i got mine half price from tarty during the xmas sale XD
