Why purposely make a section which only members deemed special enough can be involved in? Seems like saying 'you lot are just plebs and are not good enough to read what we're talking about.' I can understand some of the reason behind it like very young kids pestering their 'Heros' but if normal members could at least read the section if not post in it then it would remove another barrier from trials in general. Whats the big secret? It's all a bit gay to be honest. On the original topic I don't think it's numbers of visitors that is letting it down, it's mostly the inane drivel that is being written constantly, the NMC section is way more interesting at the mo even chit chat has gotten boring. SM chat's sweet because it's nice to have something on here where people can talk about more serious stuff without having certain spackers messing everything up. It was initially started to get ideas on how to run the forum better, and that's still primarily the reason it's there. Topics in the main forum about how the forum runs just don't really work because most people don't appear to be capable of coherent thought, so it definitely helps out in terms of getting things done on here.
