Most Embarrassing Trials Moment...ever!

Recommended Posts

I remember the FIRST time I ever went out, My friends brother was riding a Kona and did a smooth drop, I thought "yeah, give that a go" Low gear, heavy bike and a short run up...

...Sprained ankle and a very saw head.

Ouch! :$

EDIT: Doesn't sound too embarrassing, but when there are loads of people watching you near a main road, it was horrific..

Probably the time my chain snapped when i was jumping down a flight of steps in Hemel town centre. Must have looked bad as two lads came over to ask if i was ok rather than just laughing at me, but the worst thing was that i had ripped the arse out my trousers! Having to push a tiny bike with bright yellow brakes through town with my arse on full view to everyone wasnt much fun!

I was riding along backwards, the sit facing the rear wheel on the bars and my friend said "watch out for the curb" so I went to put my foot down and got flung forward. Landed on my head, got pretty nasty scrapes on my elbow, both knees and the majority of my fingers and ripped my shorts open for all to see my white briefs. All to avoid a curb...

Cant remember the most embarrassing thing that has happened to me, I'm sure there have been loads but my mates brother did a beauty.

We were at the top of basically a sloping cliff about three/four houses high, and by sloping I mean just off vertical. Anyway my mate was taking the piss outa his brother and saying he would never get to the bottom. These two are like the bacons from viz, anyway my mate give his brother so much shit he just rode off the edge.

My mate just started pissing himself laughing and saying he's gonna die (which I was quite convinced of)

Any way the brother is going down this cliff and he's got his arse way over the back wheel (On an xc bike) suddenly he hit a bump and his balls got wedged in between the brakes (U brake) and the tyre, so now he can't pull the back brake.

He just f**kin whizzed down the cliff (amazingly keeping it on2 wheels) and ende up in a f**kin heap at the bottom with his balls all f**ked up and blood pissing out.

An ambulance was called and 2 of the smartest looking female paramedics jump out of the ambulance  and cut his trousers open right there at the bottom of the cliff, which had, by the way, a very busy main road at the bottom with a tidy summertime traffic jam (What the f**k was he thinking?)

His balls were literally the size of big oranges for weeks and he had to wear a skirt cos they couldn't go in pants cos they were too sore, pissing myself laughing thinking about it now.

Oh dear, how ever did we make it this far.............

Most embarrassing BMX moment.

Kingston skate park (the one over the bridge don't know if it still there)

3 loverly looking girls sitting on the swings (This was when I was a kid by the way about 19ish)

90 degree transfer on the hip, heres my chance to show off :giggle:

Straight over the transition about 16ft into the air and landed 2 wheeled on the flat, chinned my bars somehow didn't break my wrists/knees/ankles/shoulders etc.

More winded than any punch/kick I have ever received kickboxing and somehow had to look like it was nothing to me  I just got on my bmx and rode out the park and home I was f**ked for about 3 days after that.

you knew DJ?

Nope, wish i did though! Started riding just after it all happened, was obvious how big an impact he had on everything and it's stuck with me all the time, I organised the ride this year though (if you can count making a topic and facebook group organising :P )

We were mates in secondary school, and rode with him when all our mates and him had just started, i still can't believe it now, it all happened on my 17th birthday... I'll never forget it.

At his funeral in Abingdon the road was closed off because there were hundreds of riders riding through the streets to remember him.
