Can't find any way to change the layout from full to mobile or whatever, can't minimize the panels on the right on the home screen and it keeps jumping in scale when loading... all a bit odd! I used to have a similar problem before the update, but running it in compatibility mode sorted it out. It hasn't been a problem since the update, I assume because it's now fully compatible. Might be worth a try though. Is the compatibility mode icon visible next to your address bar? Click on it if so and try posting again. Most people don't go in there to read all the disputes but if someones name they know pops up then theres more chance of a result for the person posting the dispute if more people know about it.
