Pro Bolts

Recommended Posts

User error i'm guessing. I've been using pro-bolts in Ti for years now. Use some grease suited to Ti (most is fine), and don't go mad on the tightening. I used alu bolts in the past and never had any snapping issues either.

If you use them I'd definitely recommend borrowing a torque wrench from someone so you can get an idea of how tight you're actually doing stuff. Most people (myself included :P) tend to over-do most bolts, but if you do that with alloy bolts you're basically asking for trouble.
