After a series of injuries, I was out for about 8-9 months, but thanks to a sports doctor Sergei Leontievich, I recovered in record time, but not so smooth .. guard your health! Regarding the video itself, I will say ... that it is a long short .. really does not work ) please, try not to fall asleep oh yeah .. the picture quality is far from ideal, as long as there is no way to buy a video camera, but the a) Enjoy!
