valk Posted October 15, 2013 Report Share Posted October 15, 2013 You have a pretty solid form, if you mean switch to rear then my suggestion is to do the switch when you "bounce" and start to move a little bit back on your own, then you let go of the brakes and switch to rear wheel. So you jump and absorb the landing with your torso moved further and your arms as well, but your momentum is still pushing you forwards, so wait until the momentum is done and you kind of start falling backwards; then! switch to rear.
