How much do you pay for mortgage / rent per month?

Took the easy option and have signed up for a 10 year fixed deal with Nationwide at 3.24% over 15 years but will overpay to bring the term down to more like 10 years. £945 or so base price and will overpay to £1300pm.

Edit: And just snuck in before they upped the rates today! Only by 0.1% but every little counts!

Guys, I need a bit of advice and wondering what you all think.

Just found a 5 person house share about 15 mins walk from where I work, it's semi ensuite so shower and sink but no toilet but there is one next door to the room. It's £85 a week for everything, bills, council tax, wifi etc and it's being completed in 2 weeks time.

I'm currently spending around £70 a week in fuel as it is along with a 2 hour commute a day overall. The gym is 5 mins away too and that'll be £20 a month cheaper too as my mate works there and can get me in.

Reckon I should go for it? They've got one room left in this house. Decent sized room and a mixture of students/young professionals in the house
