(weird freak accident on my bike) I spent 2 1/2 months with my left leg completely immobile below the knee. (see atrophy) Today was my first ride since surgery. My trick was setting goals before going out, I knew if I didn't I would keep trying to go higher or spin more so it was a case of 'today I'm going to spin 180 degrees and go home at that point' Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
