Back with a physical disability

Hi people last time I rode a trials mod bike was my megamo team elite about twenty years ago have up to 6 years ish ago been riding flatland bmx. Basically ive got some mesh in me that cause chronic pain,fatigue,mobilty, balance and hernia related issues got it from a powerlifting accident originally. Now Ive decided that If I cant do some stuff anymore then Ill do something on the lightest bike I can so trials it is!! Went out after watching Ali c's latest dj bike at a trials comp video on the youstubs and I managed some turning endos and one of two bunny hop attempts worked but it was a comical few inches lol. So its back to basics day one style. May switch up to 26" for some more stability any basic drills that are good? Thanks in advance
