I recently did a report on the music industry which came to 4,500 words and I could of gone on loads more. It was more of an overview. Media sounds like a doss hehe. Its not really that much the research is though, ive spent 6months on and off colecting and colating it. By the way Im on a hefty 52pages wahooo and i expect it to be at 65 by the time Ive finished. Next year it may be something different like a chase scene for example. No, 10,000 words isn't that much, but I've never written more than 3000 words myself, so if I do write a big dissertation it will be a big of a mission.
