scary_jeff Posted April 26, 2009 Report Share Posted April 26, 2009 (edited) I can't compete with all these lists of breakages, but I did manage to snap a crank once, and this time I really really was 'just riding along'. Well, I pedalled a little bit harder to get up a kirb:I was meeting people for a ride, so I just pushed the bike up to them and asked if there was anything wrong with my bike, took them at least a minute to realise I only had one crank Ended up borrowing someones spare for that ride, only it was 10mm too long. Pretty funny to ride like that although not exactly practical!
