If/until your site gets big forget about the new members chat bit, just wont work for a new site. If you want it to get big prepare yourself for a couple of years worth of effort in getting it high in google ratings and links on other sites, you have huge competition. Prepare to wait even longer, which can get frustrating. Give people a reason to visit, at the moment theres nothing unique about your site, nothing which couldnt be found at a bigger more popular site. Infact with the new members bit you are seriously narrowing your chances of people signing up - the same is with TF (quite aware of this..).And yeah, id prefer it if you didnt use my wording around and about.
