What Frame Would Be Right For Me?

Trials Boy

Recommended Posts

HI,

I'm buying a new frame soon and will have up to £299 depending on what frame. I'm 14, 5 foot 10 and about 10 stone, i'm looking for a rather longish frame. (Stock)

What one would be right for me? And what do you think about the wheelbase and BB rise?

Thanks in advance for any help,

Mat.

1060-1080 wheelbase and +10/+20 b/b

Waynio.........................

PS dont want to start advertising frames for people. but going off that there is a few you could be looking at in the Koxx range, Echo/Zoo range etc etc.

Ok thanks a lot mate, what would you think the front end would be? I'll most proberly have Zoo risers and echo urban forks, what stem? And cheap headset?

Keep the opinions coming please.

Thanks

use like a 100mm ish stem with low ish rise around 6degrees or 10degrees with a 10mm spacer under the stem, will give it an about right feel, i think thats what my belaey is at. mine has 110mm stem but im probs going to put a 100mm stem on.

headset wise use something like a cheap ish sealed cartridge like a cane creek s2 or an FSA XL2

Waynio......................

I'd get an Echo Control Short. Really nice frame and there cheapish

Linkagggge!

I have the 2004 model with fattys and the wheel base it ABOUT 1070ish

IMO the Echo look better!

What about the Adamant A1 or A2? too much bb rise?

Well i like the Echo but not to sure, I don't know anything about the Adamant so i havent really taking it as an option, any reviews?
