I am thinking of getting a new phone lately and deciding weather to get contract instead of pay as you go. i am currently on pay as you go and it pisses me off when i run out of credit and cant do anything.

And you will get even more pissed off when you ring up a stupidly high bill and cant pay for it, then you get threatend with debt collection and you get a crap credit rating. Just always keep a quid or two credit on your phone that you dont break into, just for emergencies, or get one of them o2 simcards where you get 300 free txts. (pm me if you do want one) They seem to last me forever and even if you are out of credit you can text and say pleaseeeeeeeeee ring me becuase ive ran out of credit. Works for me.

Depends if your on a monthly wadge that goes into your account and you know that you can pay your contract every month then do that but if your income is a little more flexible then i'd go for pay as you go so you don't get yourself into a sticky situation with bills (Y)

I think unless you're spending £50+ a month, then contract is way more expensive. It is more convinient though and you get a sparkly new phone every year. I would stay PAYG if you can, just top up from your debit card or whatever :ermm:

Contract: if you spend loads and like the newest bestest phone.

P.A.Y.G: if your cheap like me. I don't give a crap about having a good phone (I got an old Nokia 3310) and just get friends old ones for cheap/free if i need a new one and spend about £150 a year on O2 with the 300+ texts a month card :)
