N.Wood
On what plane is it catching?Up/down or side to side?It may be the incorrect adaptor for that size of rotor, or you may have a non international standard (IS) mount on your fork/frame.If this is the case, you need to find out the size, and buy a new adaptor to suit. The lemonade man
Mine did this, I put a washer on the side of the hub, to push it out, and it works fine now.

When i tried to run a rear one on the front the rotor rubbed against the mount like you said, however it maye just not be fitted properly. If you could get a picture up that could help us find out whats wrong with it
old_boy_rider
I reckon its one of three things1. Wrong adaptor bracket, or on upside down2. Damaged frame/fork disc brake tabs - take off the bracket and examine - if you not used them before they might have paint on the mounting faces3. Hub or frame/fork is wrong/damaged - swap the wheel and see if it improves
