ZHI-sam
heyychris king hubs tend to be expencive when compared to hope or some other make. i suppose it could be needed for the back but on the front i would go with something a bit cheaper as most trials riders spend most of the time on the back wheel when doing tricks(couldnt think of a better word for it).hope i helped some whatsam
Egg Fried Rice
of course there good...i mean its a chris king! but theres no need to spend that much money on a such a high quality hub when there are others out there which are twice as cheap and are still very goodget a pro 2 or XC.JK
Joel G
to be honist i dont really think it matters what hub is on the front wheel as long as it spins freely
Egg Fried Rice
to be honist i dont really think it matters what hub is on the front wheel as long as it spins freelyit will matter when you get better. when you start front wheeling and tapping. you dont want a crap hub with shitty flanges, shite bearings. it may cause a serious accident.JK
BASH
HOPE XC ~ 200 g CK ISO ~ 170gImo king is better. But the price ... If you want the lightest disk hub, king is light but not the lightest.Anyway it's really good and don't forget to tighten it's axle. Ali C
I would avoid a chris king front hub, the axles snap and the spokes pull though the flange.I would however reccomend a hope pro 2, I have had mine for 7 months without any problems. matt!
i run hope xc on the front built onto a koxx rim,it is light and very strong, i heard chris king axles snap, this may be a bad point of the chris king fornt hub... i would strongly consider a hope XC !hope i can help, matt! Dan6061
I'd just get a Hope XC.Around £40, and you won't tell the difference between that, and the Pro2. - At a guess..
